"You give a 30 minute head start to deliver the product key, I waited 1 hour and had to contact chat to request it be sent. The discount isn’t worth the effort it took. The sending of the product key should be automated. You supplied a Norton purchase guarantee yet I still had to provide proof of purchase. Your employee requested I send him a picture of my card, a picture of my card does not verify my identity or that I made a purchase. Lastly I waited in 5 person que for “chad” to tell me that he was still busy helping others ultimately defeating the purpose of the que. I noticed you guys say things are slower due to covid and staffing. Have you considered outsourcing? Maybe a remote calling facility? Purchasing a program and waiting 40 minutes before having to contact customer support to receive the product I paid for isn’t the start to a successful business. "
