"Bought a downloadable copy of Office 2016 because it wasn't available anywhere else. The key code they emailed me wouldn't activate. After over an hour with their tech support, they gave me another key code and fresh installation download. It wouldn't activate either, even after another hour with their tech support. They then simply agreed to give me a refund.
During one of the calls, I asked the tech to be honest and tell me if this was legit software. He assured me it was. Later though I called Microsoft, gave them the two key codes and asked them. They said both key codes had been activated about 25 times each and had been blocked. They also said that Office 2016 was simply not available in the distribution chain any more. They also claimed that softwarekeep.ca was *not* an authorized reseller, nor were they a Microsoft Partner, nor a Microsoft Partner Solution Provider and SoftwareKeep's website claims. AVOID THIS COMPANY! THE SOFTWARE THEY SELL IS NOT LEGIT!"

"Hi, in going through the process of ordering, it went ok except that every time I input my address, the system kick it out. I have to input it 4 times. No big deal but it gets annoying after a while. I would click on Place Your Order and then it would revert back to filling in the address. Then I would do that and then click on Place Your Order and it would kick out the address and go back to asking for the address - 4 times. Not sure why."
