"I purchased a software which was downloadable MS Office but encountered some issues so I contacted them and informed me that as soon their technician arrives office he will contact you today to help you out with the issue then the tech called me after 2 days and he started helping me and remote in to my system to install the software he started the download and remain connected to the system but no activity so I tried contact them and they said he is busy with other customer he will call you back but no one called me and approx 2 hrs wait I disconnected his session but still no one bother to call me. Although the software worked but this kind of customer service not really appreciated. "
