"I had and have three issues: 1. You cannot cancel a an incorrect order in the shopping cart. And 2. I had to argue with the online support agent who got nasty with me when I first asked, then demanded they remove a "pending" order they claimed was only a quote and didn't need to be removed. The lack of a simple delete feature and nasty obtuse response from Software media will definitely be considered in the future. And 3. the web site is inaccurate. I ordered Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE listed as a renewal and upgrade to 12.1 RU3 or later and got 12.1 RU1 full version with no licenses. I have not been able to get licensing from Symantec so far. But that's another story..."
