Took it to two different post office is, we’re both said the label does not function for USPS. I am unable to find a way to print a return form, so I can get it out before the deadline. "Product is great. Shipping and return experience is TERRIBLE. I understand we are in a pandemic but shipping times are running 2-3 times longer than any other online shopping I do, and I do a lot. Additionally annoying you must pay to ship back to return. When I have wasted money to ship back, return processing takes 3-5 times as long as any other retailer I’ve ever used. Also had issues receiving return. It requires I call in for several days to finally resolve. Frustrating."
