"Just had THE WORST customer experience ever thanks to Pyonna . . . over a $5 item. After ordering over $900 in 30 days, 1 pair of **** had the elastic not sewn on for about 3 inches. They would not make it right because it was outside the return window.
I let them know I was not trying to return, it was a manufacturing defect which has no time limit. I was just buying some to have spares.
They refused to credit me. After 15+ years with Soma, I am done."
"SOMA's support / deliver and return services to CANADA are miserable and extremely time consuming. Over the years I have purchased $1000's of dollars of clothes from SOMA and after my last year's experience I will never shop at your store or on-line again.
SOMA and Borderfree operate like two separate companies making purchasing and returning items terribly delayed and time consuming.
The worst of all is that SOMA's call centre is poorly trained for international sales support, even tho' there is a special tel number for it.
I give up / never ever again will I put myself into a situation where I volunteer to do business with you. It is my choice."
"I ordered a bra on 12/06/20, received an email saying my order had been received & should be delivered in 5-8 days and that I would receive an email when it was shipped. Never received an email saying it had been shipped or that my order had been cancelled and never received the item. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone and they still have not received it. "
