"took probably 6 calls between pacific accessory corp--the interface company Sonic uses and Pioneer-my purchased radio- to get everything working but both of these companies were good and did not have unusually long waits when I called. I'm a consumer with some knowledge of the audio stuff but far from an audio expert.Anyway, all i ended up adding to my original purchase was a $7 relay that the PAC consultant suggested. Everything works fine, steering wheel controls, blue tooth etc. "

If the descriptions were more accurate I could have bought a different/better brand. And I also had to buy screws from a hardware store because the installation kit did not fit correctly. "
