"Company said they tested a defective amplifier i had purchased and said it was not defective and charged me after i had received the amplifer back it still was defective. It had a burnt transformer after taking pictures of this they said warranty was void so they charged for fake testing stay away

After being contacted on 12-24-15 by sonic electronix about this review. I was told by the company reputation coordinator that he was located in California and the testing was done in Kentucky and there was nothing he could do and that warranty was still void because I took pictures of the defective parts and sent them to them to prove that they did not test this amplifier but he could give me back the 35 dollars that I was charged to do the testing as store credit so pretty much a slap in the face saying ill give you back the money for this fake testing but you have to spend it with us "

"The customer service was great over the phone. They were not pushy to sell the item. The gentleman did recommend a few different brands, but told me that the one I was looking at had some great reviews. This was true because I had already did my homework. I was referred to them for some guy at Autozone, and I would recommend to anyone now. I made a phone call, gave my car, picked a radio, and the next thing I know it was being processed. I received this just in a few days, and it came with everything I needed. I had the radio, wiring harness, and mounting kit. "This is the second time that I have had issues with Sonic. Ive only shopped with them twice. Ben in the warranty department has single handedly created problems every time I have ordered something. Beware of their return policy. I have only returned for refund once and they then charge you for the free shipping to return product, then Ben decided to charge a restock fee of 10% and did not give a valid reason. Anthony in their customer satisfaction department made the first problem right. I lost $22 in shipping and Bogus restock fees to use a pair of headphones for 20 min to only discover I did not like the headphones.

Ridiculous.

Make the problem right. Refund my restock fee and my shipping that was "Free" when you shipped it.

Then I might change my decision of this company.

"My pioneer works great I love the quality for my sound of music, I love the ability to have custom sound settings, I love the ability to set my subwoofer sounds separately from inside speaker, I love the Bluetooth, and USB connection, the only flaw is phone call quality. Phone calls are difficult to hear but u can just disconnect your phone from the device to speak on it so it's not to big of a deal for me"

As well, Dash Kit Metra 99-4544, according to the website was suppose to fit a 1986 Chevy C-10 and it doesn't. "

"I bought a sub an amp an box got a great deal on sub an box had it all installed by a pro but after an hour my sub started smoking then locked up. Must say was very upset my jl w3 only lasted an hour called jl audio an they refered me back to sonic. Must admit was worried about them not exchanging the sub but when I called they made it easy an even was upfront about my sub being on back order do to black fri so I shipped the sub back an about 1-1/2 weeks later sub is here.
