"I researched a number of companies that sold under the seat sub boxes. One was SonicElectronix. I read quite a few reviews for this particular company. I am pleased to say. Out of the ones I read. Only 4% were a bad review. I ordered the product on 2/9/15, it was a Monday. I received my order on Thursday, 2/12/15. The sound is exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased with the craftsmanship, the quality and service I got from the company. Not too mention the personal touch of going out of their way to email me, asking if I'm pleased with my order. "I purchased a 2100 watt power acoustiks amplifier mod: rep1-2100d which my receipt showed... they shipped me a 450 amplifier mod: rep-450. I called to return the incorrect one and get the one I actually ordered and they told me they would take the return however they would not send me the correct one because the online listing was incorrect. I believe that they should have honored the actual price it was listed for and sent me the item I purchased, which also showed on my receipt. They refused to honor it because it was below their cost. How can you sell me one thing and then send me a completely different product then refuse to correct it?"

"Excellent products, service, quality, prices and delivery services/rates. Only issue that arised with this order was a tear in packaging box that held both products ordered, must have occured somewhere in shipping. No damage was substained by the products themselves though. No bubble wrap or cushioning was inside the big box holding the 2 products, but UPS did say that they had to open the box to check to ensure the products were secure so thinking packing cushion was originally there. Not a fault to Sonic themselves but something that raised minor concern. Have always been pleased and am sure to buy again and encourage friends to buy as well!"

I always order my car audio through them never anyone else, I had a large order I got everything I ordered but I wasn't very happy with the shipping process I had to keep checking on it and call customer service a few times when I completed the order everything was in stock when I called customer service one of my items was in back order that was the reason for the big delay which in the end was fine but it just got to me a but that no one bothered to call me or email me about the item going into back order, sonicelectronix was nice about the situation and resolved it with great service I do have to say that not one time were they rude or hateful, they always answered my questions. When I received my shipment one of the items boxes was damaged but I'm not putting the liability on sonicelectronix it could have been ups as well I don't know I'm not pointing fingers. Everything works great no problems with the installation of any of the product.
