"Sales person said my amp would ship out on the same day. I called back in on Tuesday since I didn't receive a tracking number. I was told then it would ship on the 30th I would receive it on the 2nd or 3rd. I called back in on the 3rd because ups website still said it didn't ship. Talked to a guy at 11am he said he would call and find out what was going on then would call me back in a hour. I called back in at 3 since he never called me back. Talked to another guy that said he would call me back. I told him if it didn't ship out yet to cancel my order. Never heard back from him either. Then I guess it did ship out at 5 pm and should receive it on the 6th. I am a over the road truck driver and won't be back home for 2 weeks to a month. Now the ups site says its on my front porch. I am 1200 miles away from home. This is just not very good business. "

"Made 2 orders 12/19/2014 with both promised by Christmas delivery. After several phone calls and emails the second finally shipped 4 days late 12/24/2014 (UPS Tracking). The first call to customer support was awful. The Sonic Electronix employee basically lied to me telling me it already shipped and would be here. The second person I talked to let me know that the first employee lied and my order hadn't shipped yet. It finally arrived 12/29/2014. Too much happened for me to keep complaining. I'm done with Sonic Electronix. "
"Shipped on time. Wrong items. They misread serial numbers. Now when you sell multiple items of the same brand names you think they would double/triple check model numbers. Or in my case just grab the first thing that looks close. I got my package and opened the box. It smelled like a wet ashtray. I taped it back up. Smell was bad but it was only inside the box. They let their employees smoke in there warehouse? Now after three days of emails and phone calls they finally give me a free RA. But it was a 80 mile trip for a UPS store for that size of box. I asked for a close USPS but they would not budge. Now the operator on the phone was nice but the dummy on the email did not care and was trying to make me pay the return of wrong items sent. Now I’m out $20 gas and a Xmas gift to give because I won’t get a refund in time. (Edit Review)
1. I know what smoke smells like I quit smoking 5 years ago. maybe it was in the packing material.
2. It took three days of Emails that was never read correctly before i called.
3. Your acting like your doing me a big favor giving me a free return. HELLO it was your guy's that sent the wrong items. A favor would have been sending UPS to my home for a pickup or letting me send it USPS so I did not have to dive 80 miles in winter weather. the girl on the phone was nice but said the closest UPS was in union gap WA thats 300 miles away from me were you shipped it. I had to find the UPS Store myself.
I really like the looks of your stores both on the web and eBay. you have lots of great stuff but your acting like your bending over backwards to give me that $10 credit. I'm not trying to get something for nothing so just just keep that Precious $10 and I'll shop elsewhere.

"I bought a Kenwood EXelon KDC X498 deck. It's a great deck. I have a similar one in my boat. BUT SONIC CAN UNWITTINGLY DIRECT YOU AWAY FROM THIS DECK. They ask what make and model vehicle this is for while ordering. My vehicle is a '79 Ford Bronco. Their system told me it was a vehicle specific devise and would not work. Well I bought it anyway and it works fine. In fact it was replacing a pretty old Kenwood deck but it used the same wiring harness. I didn't have to cut one wire! there were a couple extra leads I didn't use but that was the only difference."

"Ordered a stereo on Monday Dec. 22, it said it would arrive by Wednesday. It did not arrive. I called them, and they said the "free" dash kit was on back order, and they just decided not to call and let me know. The gentleman said the order would ship as soon as they received the dash kit. It is now Friday, I got a tracking number for the dash kit, but not the cd player. I called and was told the CD player would ship today or monday via standard shipping, not two day. Big waste of my time! If you want something in a timely manner, don't bother with Sonic."
