"I ordered an item that wasn't "In Stock" but advertised as "Regularly In Stock", however once the order was processed, my account showed the item as "Pending Further Verification". When I spoke with their staff on the phone they let me know they were waiting for shipping verification from their supplier and would let me know the next day as to when it would arrive. I asked if they would refund the extra $$ I spent for 2-day shipping and they said that would not be a problem! When I spoke with them again in the following days it became apparent that I couldn't wait long enough for their supplier so I asked if I could cancel altogether for a full refund and they were extremely accommodating.

All in all, while I'm bummed it didn't work out; I have been very happy with their willingness to help, their pleasant customer service representatives and their responsiveness to my concerns. I received the full refund within 12 hours of the final phone call and I felt obliged to make sure there was a good review submitted for their efforts."

"I ordered some Rockford P1652S compoents from these guys on Wednesday afternoon and asked them to please ship them out ASAP as I was having a full system installed in my car on Saturday. I expected to not receive them till Friday or possibly Monday. I got my speakers the NEXT DAY! They went above and beyond anything I expected. I got my system installed that Saturday and they sound GREAT! Thanks for going above and beyond!!!"

"They are false advertising on their website. Defiantly says the item that I ordered was a regularly stocked item and I called customer service and I guess my understanding of a regularly stocked item and theirs is something completely different their definition is something that they ordered from another place and when they get it they ship it to me. The customer service phone menu has no option for order inquiries.

After speaking with a SonicElectronix representative several hours after this review was written and several more times throughout the week we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion to this incident.With more detail I was not able to get the item I had ordered in the time frame I needed but was able to get a different item that suited my needs. I am revising my rating due to the outstanding effort made my their customer service in attempting to get this issue resolved."

"Purchased the Bazooka BA460 for $79.99, Received the item D.O.A.
contacted Sonic Electronix for RMA .Shipped unit back ,hoping for a replacement on D.O.A. unit . ALl was good until they did not want to refund my shipping cost back to them for D.O.A. unit. cost me $13.00 for a unit that was dead when arrived . I know they may ship direct from their vendor warehouse,so they cannot test every unit but they were of no help at all . All I wanted was a working unit,and credit on my shipping of dead unit back (13.00). BUYER BE WARE you will have to pay extra for broken equipment from Sonic Electronix.
