"i was really amazed because Your service is faster than dhl, ups and so, And i really enjoyed my product, i order a autopage car remote starter and it still works more than 500 feet range i was across the park and it still has reception, i'm ordering more items in the future :) But another thing i want you guys to have is car accessories i meant headlights, door handles and so on....."

"Great prices, and fast shipping! Only thing is to Washington state they use "On-Trac" to ship which is okay because they are fast, but a little strange when they pull up in their vehicle, whatever it may be, a ford econoline van from the 80's in my case. My only worry is they have me sign when I pick up, I'm not sure if this is mandatory, but if so, I work 11am to 8pm so they'll always miss me. Otherwise, I've ordered from sonic at least 3 or 4 times in the past year, they've always been great!"

"Sorry I overreacted, apparently it was a glitch from UPS, it said the item was delivered at 3:00pm but it wasnt until after 5pm after I left to work. So After I got back from work, it was sitting in front of the door. I am not sure if its a glitch, or delivered to wrong address and the neighbor returned it.. BUT, as far as the merchandise goes It was in perfect condition looks brand new and good quality. a little problem though, the head unit size was smaller than the stock unit thus certain adjustments needed to be made to fit my 1996 acura tl 2.5 nicely.

I did an extensive research about the product and the seller and turned out sonic eletronix had the best price for clarion cx609 and resellerratings.com showed good reviews about this company, so i decided to get it from sonicelectronix.com. Order was placed 01/24 and shipped on the same day i received the confirmation and UPS tracking number everything was in order, I was excited. Today, my package supposed to arrive in the afternoon or at the end of the day, I dont have to work until 5:30 so I waited, very excited as I already planned to install this my self on my day off tomorrow. I checked the status update, it said package has been delivered left at the front door. I ran down, checked the front door and there was none! I looked around, check with neighbors in case it was delivered to wrong address and still couldnt find it. "Here comes problem!" my thought exactly, as you may already know when this kind of misfortunate happened you have to make quite a number of phone calls. I called ups, they said the driver reported the package was left at the front door, check again the guy said, so I did, to my surprise, there was nothing. "You gonna need to contact the shipper and tell them to call us and we're gonna investigate this matter". Why can't they just get ahold of the driver, as I called at 3:20 and the package was "delivered" at 2:58 according to ups website. The truck shouldn't be too far away in my opinion. Called soniceletronix.com they said they're gonna need 7-10 days to investigate, there you go, 3 days free shipping turns out to be 2 weeks, if everything goes well. Seems like they dont make a good business partner, ups screwed up my sister's ipad too when she bought it for christmas, she called apple they overnight her replacement right away and told me sister they gonna handle this matter with ups so she doesnt have to. Sonic's costumer rep. that I spoke to didnt even seem concern about this matter.

"SonicElectronix is by far the best place to buy electronix. Customer sevice is the best as well as the tech team. Any questions or concern are taken seriously and very helpful and is answered asap. Never had a problem with them until they stop selling soundstream products. I don't know why but they offer me to buy other brands which is unfair to me considering I brought all my equipment from them under soundstream. I was trying to stick with one name rather then using different products. Now I have no choice and is force to buy from different place to finish my setup. Aside from this I'll tell anyone to shop and buy from them. For me they are number 1 internet seller for car audio. I WISH THEY WOULD SELL SOUNDSTREAM PRODUCTS!!!In my books soundstream is a great brand and they should consider bringing it back to their stock."

"STOP!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered 2 wiring harnesses on 12-31-10, customer service says it is open 24 hrs a day. when I recieved an email confirming my order it said that it had bille/processed and shipped that day. When I finaly got my tracking number it said that it was processed on 1-3-11 and shipped on 1-4-11. I didn't recieve my order until 1-7-11. When the order arrived they had only shipped 1 of the items. I called and their "customer service representative" told me he would open up a ticket to find the missing item. He then tells me that it would be at least 48 hours before someone would open the ticket to start the investigation and then when they find it I would receive an email stating when it would be shipped. I asked why they couldn't just ship another one? They said we don't do that, and it only cost $11, why don't I just buy another one? Are you kidding??? Then after they finaly decide to ship me another one it took another 4 days to "process" the item and another 5 days for delivery!!!! After about 4 days I started reading reviews that others had written and therer were so many that had the same exact experience that I had. I was planning on ordering a Kenwood KDC-MP745U Head Unit for my Jeep, but after this experience I think I will go somewhere else."

"Fantastic customer service, great prices, great quality! My boyfriend ordered me a car stereo for christmas which was wrong for what I had been looking for. We reordered the one we had originally looked at but were afraid that we wouldn't receive it in time for a road trip we were taking. When we contacted them about our situation, they worked with us to get the new stereo shipped asap at no extra charge for our inconvenience. Every question we have had about installation, they have been there to help us at hours most people are closed. VERY happy with how this company does business and will definitely be ordering from them again!"

"These guys are great. From ordering to pick-up and customer service questions regarding operation of unit and installation.
I had been researching for weeks on a in-dash navigation unit and decided to call SonicElec. I spoke to Lewis who answered all my questions and gave me his direct line in case I had further ?'s. This was before Christmas so he had to be busy and still had time for me. 2 weeks passed when i called Lewis back, he remember me! I order my Navigation Unit and picked it up at will call. There at will call I met the star of their install videos on youtube which were very helpful. He informed me that if i had ?'s call him direct. I operate my own company and this is what I try to give my customers, constant customer service.
