"I am not to happy about this company, I did order speakers for my car and they didn't fit. I payed them through Paypal. I went back online to return them that same day as they got in. I even ordered the return label with them and payed the return label through them, and did return it the same day. So they did send it to me on the 17th August and the had it back in store on the 22nd. Guess what I never got my money back, it is now Sept 19th I wrote 2 mails but nothing is back in my Paypal account.
The price for the speakers was $49,99, and I did pay myself to return the merchandise. Everything was done in less than 5 days."
"Ordered a car radio with GPS, Dual XDVDN8190N and back up camera on 08/12/2011 and the items ship to Canada the same day. Box delivered by UPS 4 days later witch is fast for inter. shipping. After installation everything was working fine, but only after 2 days GPS stop working? I am in Stowe VT right now and the GPS still show my location home in Canada?? Send an email to SonicElectronix for an RMA to exchange the radio for an other model on 08/11/2011 and received RMA-76061 for exchange. As mention in their return policy I have to send unit back with everything at my charge $50.00. So far I have nothing to complain for customer service but the defective unit witch is not their fault. I will send an other review to let other customer know how the exchange procedure was process. "

"Order was made at 1am on September 7th, all items showed as being in stock which is the reason why I purchased the items I did. The order wasn't processed for UPS until 1pm on September 8th which means it didn't actually leave until later that night. To make matters worse. The package sat at the UPS facility here in Reno for over 24. Package arrived here in Reno on 09/12/2011 at 8:58 P.M. and wasn't delivered to my house until 09/14/2011 at 12:34 P.M. If I knew this is what free shipping meant I would have spent the extra 7 or so dollars to get a day or two earlier.
The second order I made, order # 1242692, made it to my house in literally 2 business days.
SonicElectronix prices are good, but to processing time and shipping of the first order has me 50/50 if I am going to order again.

"I've placed multiple orders with Sonic over the last 4 years since '07, and have had pleasant shopping experiences with them.
They have great prices, incredible product photos, a streamlined website and ordering process, and they are the only company i've shopped through so far that has a great shipping process (and cost) to Canada with a courier (UPS).
The only hiccups i've had have been that similar to some other users where their online stock indicates availability (in their california warehouse), but one or more of the items is actually in their 2nd warehouse in kentucky and they won't mobilize those items so the order sits idle because they don't notify you as to what's going on. All in all a minor quibble and i'm sure they'll sort that out sooner or later. "
