"I bought a fuller brush vacuum canister vacuum cleaner, It is a great vacuum. The only issue i had was the mane hose had about a half of an inch crack on the hose. I just wrapped it with electrical tape, because i did not want to deal with returning it. The hoses are cheaply made but if your careful its not an issue. All together its not a bad vacuum for the price. There shipping was Exceptional, I got it in 2 days. Not bad for free. Thanks Randall"

"I placed an order for two Garmin Rino 530 HCX on 9/21/10. I wanted it shipped to a different address than the billing address. I realize that sometimes this takes extra verification by the seller. I contacted customer service after seeing "address verifiction needed" on my order status. They were quite helpful, got address verified, and I was told they were out of stock but it would be shipped from another location. I got an e mail on 9/24/10 saying they were backordered and the product was not available from them. Fine, I called them on Monday, September 27 to cancel. They told me they would immidiately refund my money. I had no problem with their customer service, but I did not like being charged before item was shipped. There is a rebate from Garmin on this product and it expires on 9/30/10 so time was crucial. I wish they had told me it was out of stock when I first contacted them. I might pay a little more, but I think I will go with a more reliable company in the future."

"$1000 worth of car stereo equipment shipped in one box. Box and entire contents came damaged with 3 items missing from box. Damage report filed July 23rd (RMA #48507). New items still not shipped. I had to call about 10 different times to get the claim actually FINISHED, another 3 or 4 to try to get the items shipped again. Just got off the phone, CSR said they would be shipped tomorrow. That's what they said Friday as well. It's been a month, Sonic. You have $1000 worth of my money, and I have a month worth of hassle and no product to show for it. No offers for compensation for the troubles, AT LEAST offer to express ship it at this point. Will NEVER purchase for Sonic Electronix again. AVOID AT ALL COST!"

"I ordered 2 pairs of component speakers, 2 amp, 1 sub some wiring and installation stuff. When I ordered it was on "temporary backorder" and told me it would be 2-3 weeks. I was fine with that and then placed my order on paypal. It has been almost 6 weeks now and still haven't received my order. I cancelled my order and they were fine with refunding me my money and I have received my money back. The customer service was good however if it says temporary back order beware"
