"Cheaper than everywhere else, more friendly staff, great quality goods, speedy delivery - I ordered with Super Saver delivery and it was dispatched the very next day and I was given a 1hr time slot in which the delivery would be made. "Bought a number of items from SpecialTech which arrived next day. Unfortunatley one high value was faulty, an Aquaero 4. I emailed SpecialTech and they immeadiatley reserved the last one in stock for replacement. I shipped the falty item out Thursday and they shipped the replacement out Friday for Saturday delivery. What more can you say, excellent service! Most company's fall flat on their face when you have to send something back but not SpecialTech. Highly recommended. "
"I'm very reluctant to spend money over the net something about giving my bank details online that I don't trust.
I however was convinced to use Specialtech as they allow the use of paypal.
So far I have experienced fantastic customer service and tend to get through to someone who probably processed my original order therefore they understand what the issue is without repeating my self, my concerns seem to be addressed on the call if not they tend to keep to their word and call back within the timescale given (i.e 10 mins is actually 10 mins).
So far having purchased a large amount of goods over the space of three months I have RMA'ed one item, they have willingly offered me next day delivery for the replacement to be sent out.
This is pleasent as the last site I used took 28 days. I’m pretty impressed and very happy.

"Specialtech is specialised on water-cooling so it may not cater for every Joe who wants a laptop for university or a large screen for EastEnders but they just became my online computers shop of choice.
Specialtech has a very interesting approach: as a potential wc customer you can login to their forums and ask for advice so the other users and especially the shops assistants can tell you what to do, what are the best components, what's in stock etc. This way you get the best possible advice. The shop assistants are very active on forum, everybody it's so helpful, it's like a big family there :)
Very happy with their service, I would definitely encourage people to give them a go :) "
"This was the 2nd part of my order due to out of stocks with original order & my fogetting some stuff too.
After searching internet for best prices and service I bought ALL my water cooling items (over £700 worth) from them because, even though some items were a little more expensive than other shops, these guys were 101% helpful and the prices overall were very good.
If you need watercooling parts or advice dont shop anywhere else! If Steve & Ayd dont have it in stock they will do their very best to get it.
Deliveries were promptly received.

"The story is long(ish) but I will try to keep it brief. I have ordered almost a full set of kit to build my very first WC system. On the shipping day (which was the next day after I placed my order as it was bank holiday) I realised I wanted a few more bits added to my order. No problems at all. But then I wanted something further to be added, and it was really late (14:00 I think). Again excellent service through a quick phone call. Even more - all those changes did not introduce any delays - parcel was shipped the same day and arrived the very next.
After about a week I started putting things together (as I was waiting for a GPU block from different seller, that was not available with Specialtech), and I realised that the pump I ordered was too big and did not fit. Email to Specialtech asking if anything can be done about it (i.e. exchange the pump for a different one) and to my surprise (as this was over the 7 day refund period) they agreed. Even better, I was allowed to place a new order straight away, to get my kit sooner, and in the meantime send the other pump back for a refund. A perfect solution from customers' point of view.
That last order again was shipped the very same day (even despite very late order time) and arrived the next. One of the items (custom top for the pump) was missing a screw set (which happens - this must have been the way Specialtech got it) and the Specialtech's response was again flawless and quick - the moment I reported missing bits I had received an email that they have been shipped to me. With this last order (new pump) I added a fitting of a wrong size. When I asked if the correct size fitting can be added to the parcel with the screws, I have been pleased once more and informed that the fitting has been added. As simple as that.
What more can anyone wish for ? Extremely competitive prices, what's more important - huuuudge list of available products, and as I have learned with personal experience seriously good and helpful support that acts quickly.
Honestly, really pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely recommend to everyone and keep using myself.
UPDATE (17/06/2010): Yesterday I have started to build up my system and first thing I did was to test the pump and flush radiator. Unfortunately the pump appeared to be faulty (loud rattling). Reported the issue last night, this morning, even before Specialtech’s opening times, I got a response letter that the replacement has been shipped to me and a request to send the faulty one back. This is thanks to their “advance replacements on pumps” policy, which I did not know about. MAN was I surprised and happy. TBH, anticipating a response, I thought of being totally out of the line and asking for an advance shipment of the replacement based on a proof of postage from myself or something like that. Was not expecting it would work, but this just blew my mind.
I am absolutely humbled by the service I keep receiving.

"Amazing, had a big pc crash with water cooling off line at 6pm on thursday, phoned up Friday am, to check technical spec and explain i needed the items before monday, they assured me it will be with me on Sat, so i went on line and placed my order for a new pump, and a few other items i had found at bargain prices. Saturday 9 am my goods were delivered, so my pc was back in action Sat pm. And 2 clients sites were completed by Sun PM, all because they helped me out. Will be putting a lot more business there way. A trully 1st class company to buy from."

I ordered on the 29th Jan, still nothing on the 2nd Feb.
Checked my bank, they had taken payment.
Checked the web site, said my order was still pending.

Phoned on the morning of the 4th Feb. Spoke to a lady who said there is no reason why it shouldn't already be with me. But she would speak to a colleague and get straight back to me.
It's now 3pm. No returned phone call.
I phone back to speak to a guy this time.
He then said to me he'll get it dispatched right this second and it would be with me by the next day, which it was.
Why did I have to phone them to remind them to post my order?!

"Order arrived really quick (2 days after ordering) via the post. Was packed really well to ensure no breakage would happen in the post. Prices were very competitive too, the only downside was that when it was out of stock at £17 and I clicked the "notify me when in stock" thing, I never received an e-mail when it was back in stock and it had gone up to £20 (one of the parts of the order). It would have been perfect if you could order items while out of stock at the shown price, to be shipped when in stock.

"I have been ordering from these guys for over 18 months now. Their customer service is second to none, prices competitive and the delivery is quick too. I've also yet to have an order take more than 24 hours to arrive. Shipping costs are reasonable with plenty of choice of shipping options.
Out of all the orders I have placed I've only twice had a problem and both times it was sorted within an hour and I had a replacement shipment with me the next morning.
I should add as well that i've asked them a couple of times to get things they did not stock and they have had them added to the site same day and on my doorstep in 48 hours.
