"Price great, postage costs very reasonable. Delivery time 14 days !! I sent several emails and telephoned several times (answer machine) to enquire if there was a problem, eventually got an email reply on the 6th June saying it had just been dispatched.
Item purchased was a Thermaltake passive heatsink. On opening the box found the heatsink was damaged and two plates making up the heatsink had broken off. No damage to the Themaltake box it was in.
Not impressed with customer service."
