"I placed my first order last week and was so impressed by their service, that when I need another pump for my PC they were the obvious choice.
This is how I rate them, 10/10 for everything, quite honestly I cannot find any fault with anything they do, the prices are right the service is excellent their ordering system is the best I've seen, they inform you of everything by E mail, they are perhaps the fastest growing company in the UK and they certainly deserve to be.
If you want good old fashioned quality and service visit Specialtech you will not be disappointed.
They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me.
Update, the pump arrived DOA, but this is when you really find out a great company, I e mailed and have had a response within 24 hours and it is back with them, they e mailed me when it had arrived and a new replacement is already on it's way due to arrive on the 3rd of January, now considering this is over a period of Christmas and New Year, their returns and RMA service is the best I've ever witnessed.
This might seem all too good you might think, I can assure you I do complain and I would not be saying these things if they wern't deserved, in this day and age it's comforting to find a company who genuinely care and offer a superb service."

"I ordered an Origen X15e v.2 HTPC case. It was delivered quickly but upon installation I discovered that the internal 7" TFT was faulty. I reported the fault to Specialtech and was provided with a replacement within 48 hours and before I had even sent the old one back!
The staff are both courteous and knowledgable. As it is, I have had a few problems getting the new case to perform all of the various functions which is more a reflection on my PC building skills than the product itself. Regardless, the staff at Specialtech have been really keen to help, despite the unit no longer being faulty and with this effectively being a 'done deal'. I won't hesitate in ordering from this company again, you just don't get customer service like this anymore. I've been really impressed by the way I have been looked after. Nice one :) "
