"So far my dealings with Speedy Signs has been a disaster. The signs themselves were fine, but they failed to clean them and protect them for shipping, and I ended up receiving 100 scratched, and dented signs. Considering that I paid $3400 for the signs and $600 for shipping this is unacceptible. When I reported the problem I was told that it would be taken care of, and that I'd get 10 replacement signs immediately. That was literaly OVER a month ago. No-one responds to my emails, or returns my calls. I'm now desperate. Really bad experience so far... Still looking for a reasonable remedy."

"Everything was great with SpeedySigns (have not received the decal yet) thus far. First off, there was a specific font I was looking for and no other company seemed to offer this specific font for my boat decal. I contacted a local graphics designer (couldn't do it) and another ecompany (said they could do it but didn't, with no response back).

I was able to get my exact desire through working with them. I made a few phone calls--talked to a real person on the second ring, who immediately helped me. When I needed help getting the proper dimensions, their graphics department sent me three different proofs within hours and I chose the one I wanted.

I'm assuming the decal will come, the payment will go through smoothly, etc. but if service I've received thus far is any indicator, I don't have any need to worry!"

"This was our third order from Speedy Signs. The first two went flawlessly. The third one was a NIGHTMARE! All of the problems we had could have been solved if the online design tool would allow a user to choose a particular font size. Because the font is a resizable (click and drag) box, it is impossible for a user to get the same font size on each piece of text....enter the customer service nightmare. In our previous orders, I was able to simply ask them to take the designed banner and make sure certain areas were the same font size and neatly aligned. In the past they have done this with little to no problems and then send me a proof of the work so I can make sure what it will look like when it was done. They pretty much refused to do this on our third order and wanted to charge additional money for this (we did end up just paying another $15 to get it taken care of...and that was after they waved the "additional fees" that they were going to charge us). I asked them to make sure that three heading on the banner were the same size. When I got the proof something didn't look right (one of the words looked a little smaller) - however, they assured me that everything was the same size. Get the banner and guess what....the word that looked smaller on the proof was smaller in real life! It's too bad their customer service has become a nightmare. I thought very highly of the company until now. I highly doubt I will return as a customer until they remedy the problem with customer service and the online design tool."
