"The graphics on the vanity plates that I ordered are bright enough but there are smudges on them and a black line on both of them that is not in the image that I loaded for them to produce. These defects on the plates they send would have been clearly noticeable to the person who produced them and then also to the person who packed them for shipping. I would not order from them again."

If you are going to offer "online chat" have operators available so your customers don't have to wait over 15 minutes for a response. Kind of defeats the purpose in my mind. Also, I was unable to place my order on your website because I use IE as my browser. When "Chat" finally responded, they told me there were problems with IE. I told her I also tried Safari and was still not able to add my customized item to my shopping cart. My only option was to download a new browser Mozilla. I asked her for tech support. I was told there was none. I asked if I could place my order over the phone and I was told there would be an additional $25 set-up charge. If there had been another option, I would not have placed my order with you."

Unfortunately, the actual item I recieved doesnt meet my expectations. It is a black license plate that looks like it was printed with low ink.
