"I have no complaints about the quality of the product, I am very happy with the vinyl lettering I ordered. However, I am disappointed in the information given to me by one of the sales reps. I specifically told the customer service rep that I needed to receive my product by Saturday and asked how I could make this happen, then rep said if I placed the order that day and selected overnight shipping, which I paid over $50 for, I would receive it in time. Well I just received my tracking and I won't be getting it until Monday. Glad I paid so much for shipping and now I won't even have it when I needed it."

"Really a great job. The site was easy to use in making up my banner. Their graphics art department "ninjas" made a modification I requested super fast. I received a call after the production chief brought a supposed "blemish" to their customer service department's attention and we hashed out what to do. The "blemish" was something nobody else but a production chief would have noticed. I received the banners I'd ordered superfast and they are terrific! I highly recomment SpeedySigns."

"I placed my order 12/11/11 on-line. At the time I ordered I was not directed to make payment at the time of the order. Then next day I received an e-mail stating I needed to make payment via paypal (or another option). I immediately made my payment via paypal. The $$ was debited from my account on 12/14/11. Today is 12/27/11 and they say they have not received confirmation of my payment...even tho I e-mailed them MY copy of MY confirmation letter. Sooooo....they have not even begun to process my order....so much for "Speedy"...."
