"I purchased 100 x 36" circular signs made from rigid-board, to be used as the base board for a robotics game.

Pros:
The price for materials, and production were excellent.
Production times were very fast and service was great.
Overall product quality was good.
Printing was very good with high resolution and good contrast/density.

Cons:
I requested UPS shipping. The signs arrived with less than stellar packaging and several boxes had come open. Luckilly no edge dammage was caused.

Some surface defects are apparent on first few items used so far. Looks like wear from rubbing on another item during material storage or machining. Probably less noticable on a sign, but very noticable on an up-close board game.

As more items are used I'll get a better feel for whether the defects are present on a few, or a lot of items."

"Excellent customer service. Sent my first proof to them for a banner and the same day, they sent an email letting me know that the banner I was purchasing may not print in high enough quality. They asked me for an additional proof of a higher quality. They even sent example areas in a picture of the areas of the banner that may not print correctly. They did all this AFTER I had already paid for the banner. I certainly didn't expect that much individual attention and it is much appreciated."
