**In regards to the offer from SpeedySigns to remake my order... though I commend their willingness to correct the problem, I declined their offer. They did not simply offer to replace the product, as their reply indicates... They offered to replace the product if I edited my review and gave them a 5 star rating.

I was sent a free product and was asked to write a review based solely on that product. That is exactly what I did. I sincerely do appreciate the freebie, but it was poor quality. This is not a personal attack on the business itself, it's simply a review of the product I received. "

"Rarely these days do you encounter an online merchant who seems to be as committed to customer service as SpeedySigns is. I selected them to print some banners for me based on their price and ease of laying out a custom design using their online designer feature.

Shortly after submitting the order, I received an email and then a phone call from their customer service department letting me know that one portion of one of my banners was not a high enough resolution to print clearly. After resubmitting the design, I received a series of emails which were both informative and cleverly designed, letting me know that my banners had gone through customer service, on to the graphics department, then to production, and finally to shipping.

I haven't received the banners yet, but I'm sure that they will be great based on the excellent customer service they provided to me for a relatively modest order (about $100.00). I will order from them again!

Edit: As expected, the banners are of excellent quality, exactly as I expected, and arrived as promised. They will be at the top of my list for re-ordering signage products!"

"I know plenty of people have good reviews of this company, but they have been nothing but a headache for us to work with when placing an order. The Speedysigns rep was rude when we wanted to use our shipping account and then called back to state we would be charged additional funds for handling. Five minutes later we were told we were told to pay up front because our last payment was 90 days late.

The payment was late because we asked repeatedly for an invoice from Speedysigns customer service/accounting and one was never sent. Finally, a past due statement arrived which we paid from, the invoice was never actually sent.

This company may offer excellent service on custom signs, but they drop the ball in accounting and handling of other customer service issues for this customer.

Amazing how many reviews popup after a negative review, before I posted there wasn't a review since 7/13, now there is 4 of them in the 3 days after I posted.

Buyer beware of this company, they obviously are aware of the reviews here and their rating should be suspect to say the least. "

"I was a little disappointed when I received my order that the sign was not all metal. When I read the specs on the sign on the website and it said "Alum," I thought it would be a sign made of completely aluminum. When my order was delivered, it was a very light metal skin on both sides with some kind of composite material between the layers. Now, I am concerned just how durable this sign will be!!"
