Customer service was outstanding and the product arrived exactly as advertised. They promptly contacted me when shipping information became questionable. We resolved the issue quickly. The next day, my product arrived. Ordered May 10 and received three days later! I only wish I had known about them sooner.

A few weeks prior, I made a huge mistake of placing the same order with BuildASign.com. They charged half as much but three weeks later, still had not delivered what was promised -- only bogus excuses as to why they failed. By then, it was too late.
