"Just completed a second order with SpeedySigns. Really like their website, allows us to upload our images and design signs the way we want them. Customer Service group is great to deal with."

"For the most part I was satisfied with the product. There were a few issues. I ordered 50 car magnets with a UV coating and 5 of the magnets had bubbles in coating giving them a rough finish while the others were smooth and shiny. One of them was cut too small and distorted the graphic image. When I emailed customer service to ask if I could have a refund or replacement, I was asked to submit photos of the defective items and they would consult with management. At $7.80 each, that's a $46.80 loss on damaged items that they may or may not refund or replace. Now I have to order 35 more of the magnets and I'm a little apprehensive about how many of them will be of a decent quality to use. "

"I needed a banner to advertise a fitness class that I was going to be teaching and found Speedy Signs in a google search. My order included a zumba logo that had not downloaded clearly. Over the next few days, SpeedySigns representatives were in contact with me to recommend improvements to my design (at no extra cost!) and were the most helpful and professional people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. This was my first experience with SpeedySigns and it definitely will not be my last. I highly recommend them!"

"We received a finished product that matched our expectations. However, the process was mired by an incompetent sales staff who gave us half answers, inaccurate answers and did not stand behind their promises - that turned out to be unrealistic.
We were told that if we got our order in by 3 pm Monday it would be delivered by Friday via UPS Ground. We attempted to make contact before the 3pm deadline to ensure everything we needed to do had been accomplished. No return call or email. Again, on Tuesday we attempted same. Told we had 3 more steps and assured UPS 2-Day (more money) would suffice for Friday delivery. Again we called and emailed in an attempt to ensure it was proofed and ready in ample time. Justin, our sales rep said Speedy Signs would cover cost of expedited shipping if need be to honor commitment and that he would email me the proof before he left for day. Wednesday, still no proof. Asked to talk to Justin, not there. Asked to talk to his supervisor, not there. Finally got someone in customer service who said Justin's promises were inaccurate and would not be honored. Got the proof and I approved it - 2 days after my initial attempts. If I wanted the package by Friday I would have to pay for overnight shipping. No desire to work with this company in future. "
