"Made an order on 1/3/21. Website says 2 to 4 days for shipping. I called on 1/8/21 and was informed my order would ship that day. On 1/11/21 I got an email saying my order had shipped. Then on 1/13/21 I got another email with another tracking number saying my order had shipped. On 1/15/21 I received yet another email saying my order shipped with no tracking number. Also on 1/15 I received another charge to my bank account. I tried to use the live chat but kept getting emails saying it failed to deliver my message. I finally got a human on the phone and was told they shipped my order all in separate shipments so they refunded my initial payment and broke my payment down into multiple transactions. On 1/17/21 I finally got the first of my order and it's the wrong size. Its now 1/19/21 and I'm still trying to get ahold of them and still trying to find the rest of my order that is hopefully going to be correct. What a waste of $100."
"Ordered on 12/4/2020 with express shipping, they need 1 week to pack your item whatever you choose express service. Today 01/11 one product still missing. I never received any email for them no any other note, maybe that item was on backorder. 01/04 (week ago) they charged my bank account the wit the last item price, but since than nothing happened, no tracking number no item. Communication is awful. Never shop with them again. "
"As I said I will keep you all posted on my progress with Spicy Lingerie, so here is part two.
On January 7th 2021 I received an email that my items had shipped from Spicy Lingerie. So I took a look at the UPS tracking number they sent. I am a shipping manager and I know that all UPS tracking numbers start with 1z. This is the tracking number they sent 9274899996402854347812505. Yes this number is fake!!
The next thing is that they removed one item from my order with no explanation why it was removed. Also no refund for this item yet!
Please stay away from this website and never place an order!!!"

One of my orders was on back order for over 3 months and during that time I moved out of state and as I was moving I received an email that my back order had been shipped. I really didn't think I would ever receive it since I never received any updates so wrote it off. Well I called to try to get them to intervene since it was being shipped to my old address. They would not do a thing and basically said it would be returned to them and I would be contacted well it has been way over a month and nothing. So I am out that money and the product. "I ordered a Halloween costume from this site, I didn’t see the reviews till after I had purchased my costume. 2 days went by and I didn’t receive no tracking number so I got worried and called customer service, the lady who answered me was so helpful. She even called me the next day to see if I wanted to upgrade my shipping so I could receive my costume on time . Mind you I ordered it 6 days I before Halloween, there was no way I would of received it on time without an upgrade . The quality was also great, only downfall is it ran a little small, but it was workable ! "

"I have spent the last three months arguing with Spicey about getting my package. They have taken my money, refused to cooperate with support, and have blatantly refused to refund me. They sent me a fake tracking number and I have the proof via email confirmation from DHL.
I have been in a tangle with my bank since the order has a "Shipping code". They must do this on purpose to prevent anyone from refunding. Usually, I would have moved on- however, the 14.99 promos has cost me over $100! Shortly after shopping here my debit card information was stolen, the bank sorted it out but still. It was a fresh debit card and I am very selective about where I shop online!
