Both items were not out of stock according to their website. I paid for the express postage in order to get the items prior to our wedding night.
Last week we received one item only with no communication from them in regards to other items’ unavailability. Not even an option to pick another item.
I emailed them immediately and asked why I wasn’t given any options to 1. Cancel my order or select another product. The freight component was more than the 1 item I was sent so putting just the one item wasn’t financially viable.
I have sent them 2 emails and have had no response.
Their customer service abhorrent and I will not use them again "

I ordered two pair of stockings for a friend, she tried on one pair, they did not fit. They immediately went back into the bag, and both pair were returned. One was accepted, the other rejected.
First, they sell items that do not fit according to their description, then, when returned because of poor fit, they deny the return.
There are definitely better places to shop, places that understand the need for returns and the reasons. I am a man, these did not fit my lady friend. It is easy for me to buy something that will not fit properly, causing the need for a return. I will not buy from this place again!
Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else!"

"I can tell you this much, when you order something from their website and it comes in two separate shipments (meaning, it's fairly useless having one piece and not the other) they will leave you (the customer) hanging if something happens between Spicey Lingerie and their distributors. I bought a two piece lingerie set from the on 11 Dec (meant to be a Christmas present to my wife). I received the bra part of the order with no issues ($25). I learned that the second part of the order was on back order and it would be 4 weeks. Ok. That stinks. I guess I'll just hold this as a Valentine's day present. Here we are, at the date of 14 Feb. It still hasn't arrived in the mail. That's strange as it's been well over two months since I placed the order. We'll, I guess I'll call them. After a brief chat I learned that the other half of this set has been discontinued. Ok. We'll, they weren't in a hurry to notify me. Guess they were keeping it a secret? Anyway, no problem. I'll just ask them about returning the useless bra part of this set (useless to me since it's not complete). Huh? I can't return it? I'm outside the 30 day return policy? Really? But it's still in it's packaging and unopened! This is no fault of mine but you're telling me I'm SOL? Seriously? So, that is how the conversation went. I would have just ordered another complete set of something else. And would have been a return customer. Not anymore. I guess the $25 was worth keeping rather that selling $100 or $200 more to me later. I do spend a lot on my wife at VS annually. I like Spicey Lingeries selection and I'm loyal to a fault. So, I will not shop on their site any longer. They lost a customer because they couldn't make something they messed up right again.
