"Please do not waste your money on this site. The sizes run extremely small, quality is horrible and shipping is slow. I also received an item that had a hole in it. They claim to have quality control inspection before sending out an order. If they did, they would have seen the hole. Also all tags were cut out of the items.
Since all of the items were too small, I returned the items along with the one with the hole. They are refusing to refund the one with the hole because I did not report it before returning. "It didn't pass their quality inspection upon return."
If it was quality control checked before it was sent, I wouldn't have received a defective item to start with.

"This company will scam you out of your money at every turn. Place an order that you wish to return? "Sorry, we don't offer refunds on that particular item... you can only have a store credit." Wish to use part of that store credit? "Sorry, you have to use the entirety of that credit on this order or you will use the remainder of the credit." Paid for 2-3 day shipping to have all of the outfit's parts by a certain day but didn't receive 1/2 of that order? "Sorry, you send the now-useless items back, but we won't refund the additional $ you paid for expedited shipping because we did send you SOME of the items in 2-3 days... oh, and you'll have to pay for the shipping to send it back to us too." The customer service representatives are condescending, the policies are ever-changing to deny you opportunity for the refund to which you should be entitled and they simply do not honor the basic tenets of a contract. "The Good:
1. Very large selection
2. Good prices
3. Customer service does answer (I tried both email and chat; got through to both). The agents weren't the most personable, but they helped me.
The Bad:
1. In the age of Amazon and eBay, it feels like they have excruciatingly slow shipping. Received my items a little over two weeks after I had ordered them (and I'm only two states over from them).
2. Upon receiving my items, there was an insert in the package that said one of the items was out-of-stock/backordered. Why can't I be informed of that in the ordering process? The insert said it would be shipped out to me in 4-6 weeks. Instead, a few weeks later, they just sent a refund for the item with no explanation. A bummer, as the item was part of a matching set...
3. The free gifts are garbage. Don't be suckered into putting more into your cart just to get the free gifts. I got some silly jewelry that looks like it came out of a claw machine.
