"I ordered several items. When my package arrived one item was on back order for 2-4 weeks, on line it listed as in stock. One item was not included in the package but I was charged for it ($41.95). Called them and was told to take a picture of the invoice, email it and some one would call me with in 48 hours. Now I wait, I would love to leave a 5 star update review when they make it right in a timely manner. Based on the reviews here, this might be one of those lessons learned the hard way. So disappointed right now...I will keep you posted...well, after reading other reviews and seeing the overwhelming amount of disputes this company does not take care of I checked my card and they had just today charged me 2 separate charges. One for the partial order I received today which was missing an item(41.95), but one for the item that was back ordered and not supposed to be billed until shipped($51.95) I have gone from disappointed to angry. I will not let them scam my hard earned money. I contacted my card provider and disputed the charges the same day charged. I am not disputing the cost of the 2 items I received.I will not let them lag on response time so the can only give store credit and not a refund thanks to the reviews here. DONT SHOP AT SPICYLINGERIE.COM!!! They have no problem taking your money and not delivering on the promises on the website!"

"I bought my wife some lingerie for a date we have Sunday. This is lingerie that I probably could have bought locally for the same money or on Amazon. I paid for 2 to 3-day shipping and ordered it on a Sunday. It did not ship until Friday. So they held the order for six days before they shipped it and then charge you the extra money for expedited shipping. Says it will be here on Monday which will be 8 days total. They are not willing to do anything to help us or give us our money back for the shipping."
"I called on 12-12-2018 and was reassured to get my order well before Christmas and today is 1-1-2019. I placed orders with yandy and venus immediately after placing my order to spicy and i recieved my orders at home before spicy ever claimed to have shipped mine on 12-18-2018. All 3 orders were free standard shipping. I emailed them and told them that if the order couldn’t be here by 12-22-2018 then to cancel the order and refund the money and no response to that email or the other 3 i have sent as of today. Oh yeah, when you call, its been saying there’s a 25-30 minute wait time. It’s a shame that i have to give them one star at all because they have done nothing to deserve. Yandy and venus will always get my business from now on. "

"So I was looking for a plus sized lingerie experience. Ordered in middle of November ‘18 and 5 days after ordering they emailed me saying that it would be on back order for 2-4 weeks (this seems to be a trend). So it came today in the mail (December 11/18) and I opened it to find my order. This order was sized to be “queen”, or up to a size 20. Let me tell you it was not. Though the tag says 2x the size looks about a size 10-12 at most. From the sounds of things I will just have to throw it away because I’m not wasting more money to send it back when refunds most-likely aren’t a thing. Plus the website says everything must be in original packaging but you have to take it out of said packaging to see it, let alone make sure it fits. So while I am a size 1x (and on rare occasions 2x) this SHOULD have fit me since I’m size 16-18. I guess I was naive since I didn’t think of researching the company before ordering. Well, that’s $40 out of my bank account.
If you’re looking for an actual company that actually does returns and DOESNT lie about sizes, I recommend zulily. The only downsides are the sales only last a few days, and there are limited sizes and not too much variety. But I have bought their lingerie before and it fits to the sizing chart. Also it can take a while to ship, but at least I know they aren’t a scam and don’t lie about size. Plus joining is free with no minimum purchase like other sites (I’m looking at you Adore Me). And yes I know this sounds like an ad, but I have had very good luck with zulily. No returns and have been buying for a few years now."

"I ordered some lingerie for a trip 9ver a month in advance. They sent less than half the order and said the rest was on back order for 2 to 4 weeks. I called 5 weeks later and found they would still be on backorder until at least mid December. Well past my trip. If things are gonna be on back order they need to be more specific."
"I purchased an order on 11/7 and paid for 2-3 day shipping since the website says it can take 2-4 days processing before it’s shipped. Sent a follow up email on Monday to see if it was shipped, was told it would be shipped within 24 hours and I would receive a tracking number. Just called today and was told it still hadn’t shipped but would go out tomorrow and was most likely delayed because the package may have come in damanged and they had to reorder. Asked if they would please ship it overnight since they had already far exceeded the time frame I paid for. She said they COULD ship it overnight but I’d need to pay for that upgrade. Really unfortunate to make the customer pay for your delay, especially when I already paid for quicker shopping. "

Customer service is worse. They refused to offer a refund for a product that was an absolute scam. Stay away!!"
