"I tried 2 times to order the correct size and wemt exactly by their sizing chart. First one was too large and it took MONTHS to finally get a credit from them to reorder a new size. They kept claiming they didn't have it when my tracking showed they did. The 2nd order was too small and I was tired of dealing with them so I sent that one back for full refund. They denied my refund saying it was used and stained. Not possible. It didn't even fit when I tried to put it on so I promptly placed it back in all of it's original packaging. I'm disputing through my credit card now."
"I ordered two bedroom costumes and 5 pairs of plus size or queen crotchless stockings in different colors. It also included 3 “gifts”. The first outfit was cheaply made. The second was on back order until March 20, 2019. It is now March 25, 2019 and I was told today that it was sent to another place. I have to wait for it to be sent to them, to be sent to me at some date which no one can tell me when. All of the stockings were too small and the gifts were for a small Asian and the necklace was for a small child. The customer service was equally disheartening and unhelpful. "

"Spicy lingerie claims a 30 day return policy. I recieved my package damaged and the wrong size and requested an exchange. Tags were still on and in original packaging. I made an attempt to exchange 2 weeks later and Spicy Lingerie declined my return saying I should have inspected it the day I recieved the order. My order was a gift and were examined it when opened. Still within the 30 days. I plead my case with a customer service rep stating it was rediculous I had to even argue this fact. They took my money and sent me a damaged product that I had documentation of and pictures. Spicy lingerie still declined the return. I told the rep that if they were going to deny the claim I would review the company poorly and post the e-mail and pictures I had. Spicy Lingerie responded "sorry you feel that way." The company is a pack of thieves! Don't give them your money look elsewhere!"

"Ordered a **** Halloween costume. Tried it on, it was defective in that the skirt was sewn crooked. I had trouble getting taking it off. I returned it and they are refusing to issue me a refund because they claim it is stained(?). The costume was not cheap ($50) but probably cost them a third of that wholesale. Horrible customer service. I also saw they do not allow customers to review them on their Facebook page. You can only guess why. "

"I went on a limb and found this company online and placed an order to surprise my husband coming home from overseas. I ordered on Feb 3rd it was finally shipped on Feb 9th and arrived on Feb 13th. One outfit didn’t come with the underwear with the corset. The sizes are way off a large fits like a small/medium. I called the afternoon of receipt to inform the underwear didn’t come with the corset they offered to ship the underwear but the corset not fitting anyway, I told them I would make a return and they asked me to make the note on the return paperwork. Called in today Feb 28 as it takes at least 5 days after return to process and was told they had no record of my call and they would need the exact phone number (I called from my office phone, yeah that was a bad idea) to do further research. I just told them to send it back and I would give to someone that it would fit. They said it would be another shipping fee to send back. Stay far away from this company. Poor business practices, poor service in every manner. And no I don’t get a credit for my return. Very shady company. Also no discretion, the packing scans in informed delivery and the surprise was longed ruined and a little embarrassing to explain to my older sons that has informered deliver to the house. Buyer beware. "
"I have been trying to get my refund for a month after I sent everything in original packaging AND had to pay the $11 UPS cost to send it back. No one answers the phone, and they somehow get their costumer service emails to end up in my spam so I don't see them. Their emails are generic or completely unrelated to my questions. They stole over $60 from me. Scam.
The product also looked like it was put together with $3 dollar material in a sweat shop."

" If you are going to take the chance and order from this store it is best to take precautions. If you have an actual credit card always make the purchase with a CREDIT CARD over a Debit card. A CREDIT CARD HAS SO MANY MORE PROTECTIONS FOR THE CONSUMER.
When you receive the order do NOT OPEN IT right away. Use your cell and have someone take a video of you actually opening up the package when you 1st receive it. Take video and pictures of front and back of the package so the company and your credit card will know the condition the package was delivered to you if you DO need to dispute the charges. When you open the package or box record and take pictures of the front and back of each item and the sizes too just in case that is incorrect. If you are satisfied enough by what you see- Next open up each item individually. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO HOLES OR ANY STAINING WEARING OFF OF THE CLOTHING(Most of the clothes are from the cheapest Chinese sweatshop factory) The clothing is comparable to Party City Halloween costumes. If you take precautions rest assured you will get all your money back. They won't be able to find a way or angle to squirm out of paying you ( and they can't wear you down so you will give up.)

"Ordered a product that was put on backorder. 7 weeks later it was still on backorder with a verbal promise it would be to me by week 9 after placing the order. With such a delay I would expect some sort of discount for having to wait, but nothing. Hopefully it shows up sometime..."
