"Quick service and the experience was great"

"A couple of the items I ordered were broken or in disarray when I pulled them out of the box. One item, a clock/timer, was out of its packaging (which had been torn open) with pieces of the item floating loosely around the large shipping box. Another item, a flip-chart type scoreboard, was broken. Overall, the merchandise appears to have been thrown into the box, some tape slapped on it and out the door it goes...
The items I ordered will work fine, though I'll probably order from a different supplier next time around. "
