"I had 5 items in my cart. Before checking out I clicked on the offer to get $25 off by signing up for the newsletter. After signing up, the total in my cart went up by more than $25. Their website raised the prices of everything and then applied the discount. I sent an email to their customer support complaining that this was bait and switch, but two days later haven't received a reply."
"Placed an order for two grafted tomatoes. Only after order was placed did I learn about the 2 week wait. Two weeks then turned into 4 weeks. First tomato arrived dead from dehydration. Two weeks later - without notice - they cancelled the second tomato order. Their quality and costumer service is severely lacking. Only reason I did not give them a single star is that my monies were refunded. They were very happy, though, to constantly bombard me w/ spam and junk e-mail offers, etc."
"I placed my original order on 4/26/13, 3 days after the shipping opened up for my zone (4/23-6/7). I place and order ranging from trees, perennials, and grape vines. All the items said they were in stock, so I hopefully expected to receive my items fairly quick, at the latest June 7th. Over the course of a month an a half I received various emails stating my items were being processed, by this time my order had been split up into 4 orders, 3 shipping out at different times and 1 ended up being delayed until the next season, spring 2014. From 4/26/13, when I had gotten my order confirmation email, until 5/20/13 I did not hear a word from them, until finally I gotten an email some of my order was to ship, and dates the rest would ship. After receiving 12 emails from 5/20-6/12 changing shipping dates multiple times I finally had shipping confirmations for my 4 supposed shipments that were stated to be delivered; 5/23-5/25, 5/31-6/2, 6/9-6/11, and spring 2014. Over this course of time I assumed that the shipments were again delayed which is why I had not received them yet and eventually I would get them. Yesterday, 6/12, I gave up called the company to cancel my order I had enough waiting, planting season is over for the most part, according the the customer service rep. all of my order except 1 plant, the one now due to arrive a year after ordering it, had shipped and I should had received my plants. I then looked at all the shipping emails I received and my shipping address had magically changed from West Fargo, ND 58078 to Fargo, ND 58102. I looked at my original order confirmation from 4/26 and my address is stated as West Fargo not Fargo, so it was not a mistake I had made, Spring Hill had changed my address and sent my plants to somebody else. If I had not looked or called I would be out of $220, I am still stuck with a large plot of dirt/weeds in the middle of my yard where I had planed on planting my order. The only, so far, positive thing is my order was refunded without question, but I have still yet to see the money refund on my bank account, which could take a few days, we'll see. OVERALL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR ASSOCIATES, PAY MORE AND BUY FROM A LOCAL NURSERY. YOU WILL WASTE AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF TIME WITH THIS COMPANY AND END UP WITH AN EMPTY GARDEN. Some people have had success and some haven't, don't take the risk. Your local nursery will do everything to make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

"When I ordered I used a gift certificate. I found a plenty of shady plants and ordered extra with my credit card. Everything in stock. I call back a month and half later and everything is still in stock. I recieve my first order and the hosta is outof stock, I complain since I just checked and the customer service person said there is 20 in stock and can't understand why I didn't get one. He can't authorize me to get one. I tell him he owes me money but he says they don't. He finally figures that they do but refuses to send a check, wants to give me a credit. Remember nothing in their shady mix that is worth a crap is in stock, so I have a worthless credit. The second order shows, missing a plant, they don't believe me and the coral bell mix of 5 unique plants comes as 3 of one color and 2 of another, you guessed it, they sold out and gave me their extra's. They tell me they are sending me the missing plant but I doubt it, most likely goes out of stock and they will want to send me a credit for plants that I will never buy.
Also for the $20 you get very small unhealthy plants."
"This is the first time I bought plants from a nursery online and delivered UPS. The plants looked nothing like the photos. Maybe that's how nursery plants usually look when you order them by mail, I wouldn't know, but I was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw all these scrawny looking plants. Very tiny.
The order was placed on March 22, and delivered on April 7th (I think they ship when it's time to plant). I was optimistic about the plants and some of the 10 plants are looking good one month later. 4 of them look exactly the same or worse than when I received them. It looks like there was a struggle in the UPS box.
However, I would buy from them again someday, but only to buy something that I can't find at the local nurseries. I will try out other online nurseries first, then compare. "
"Just received a package with ordered plants. Was pleasantly surprised! All plants are packed with great care, all alive with leaves and some even have blooms on! Plants are not big but most of them are rare varieties,hard to find somewere else.If you looking for unigue plants,than this nursery is for you! They provide you with broshure that has planting tips for all of their plants. Waiting time after placing an order and receiving the package was 14 days, but the package was shipped with a tracking number 10 days after online order was made and it took 3 days to arrive. Nice experience!"
"Placed several orders at the web site for couple of plants each. Used a coupon advertised in the brochure. One order came but the other two were canceled, one on the same day, another one a month after being shown online as pending. No e-mails or any sort of notification was sent to me regarding the cancellation, no explanation was offered at web site as to why the order was suddenly canceled.
Prices for plants are a rip off, they send you a small plant and charge you more than what you would pay in the local Home Depot or Lowe's for a much larger plant of the same kind. They also try to make money on shipping fees.
I would recommend not to waste the money on this dishonest company."
