"I had very horrible experience with Sprint. I am sharing my bad experience with Sprint to inform consumers of their unfair business practices. You should be extra careful if you are leasing a phone with Sprint. They will change the monthly rate and plan mid lease and you are stuck because you are still in the lease. This looks like a trap designed to squeeze more money from the customer. If you decide to close the account, they may charge penalty and all the lease agreement amount plus buying option. If you want to switch over to another wireless company, you may have to pay all the dues, cancellation charges including fine otherwise they will keep the phone locked. If there are any dues, they will send it to collection agency and to the three major credit bureaus to make your credit report bad. My best suggestion to avoid this trap is to stay away from Sprint."
" My phones with Sprint should have been buy one get one free and they are charging me for all four phones no one will help with the bill so now I paid my phone bill they turned the phones off I called and asked why they said my bill money was returned to the bank so I paid again I called my bank and my bank said sprint never returned the money if you use Facebook look up Tammy Jones it is a butterfly profile picture and you will see the videos and pictures of the terrible experience I have been receiving at Sprint "
"Good customer service & very helpful. "
"I joined Sprint I think about 3 months ago and my god the service is horrible! My calls would get disconnected out of nowhere, "Call Failure" and all those minutes and hours waiting for any customer service is a waste. So I decided to switch my carriers and they guaranteed me that they will unlock my phone even though it doesn't require their prerequisites. They made me wait till three weeks for my phone to be unlocked and still is not unlocked. So I finally decided to take the matters on my own hands and paid online to have my phone unlock which also requires me to wait another 7 business days. Every three - five days I had different agents promising me that they will unlock my phone and end up extending the deadline. I have a brother who is in ICU and nieces to babysit whose parents just got separated. And Sprint just made my life more complicated for making me have no communication with them. I am furious. They made me pay for my phone bill for another provider this month for no reason and wasted my time. Had me running around in sprint stores and Apple, giving me stories that its the manufacturer's fault. Never get Sprint guys. Service ****, data ****, and customer service are polite but can never stick to their words! "
"I have been a Sprint customer for 7 years. I have paid them alot of money. Although I have had some issues and I have had to change my payment arrangement before. I have been doing better lately. I dont understand why they bill you for another month while the previous month isnt even paid yet. This in turn allows not to be able to make another arrangement. The customer service is going down. Definitely some Tmobile customer service tactics. Ugh Tmobile. I dont recommend this Spribt if you plan on making payment arrangements and have an emergency and have to change the arrangement."
"Careful with these peeps. Sprint just want to steal your money. Lies lies and more lies. True face comes out when you try to close an account. Open your eyes, they don't apply discounts that they sell to you. You open a phone line without contract but they still force you to stay for 90 days some "policy" I'm still looking on their website to find that "policy" they will tell you any lie to keep you paying. After 3 phone calls, 1 visit to a store, a chat online i could recover some of my money... don't get yourself on this trap"
"I recently exchanged my S9+ for the Note 9. After a few days my texts weren't sending out and incoming texts were taking hours. A few days later my phone stopped getting calls. When people would try to call me it would go straight to voice mail. I spent several hours on the phone (on hold) with Sprint "customer service", who kept apologizing, but did nothing to help. I was transferred from Indonesia to Oklahoma to BFE only to have to tell the story again and again. After the second day the ever-helpful "customer service" person scheduled an appointment for repair. I went to the store for my appointment and was told that that particular store didn't do repairs! I went to another store, across town, and spent 3 hours standing there waiting for my phone to be fixed. The Sprint "customer service" lady finally came out and said they couldn't find the problem and that I needed to call Sprint sales to get the phone warranty and get a new one. So, I left the store and drove 25 miles back home and called, only to be told that I needed to go back to the store to get the phone switched! The next day I went back to the store (I don't live in the same town) and spent ANOTHER 6 hours waiting for my phone to be switched out. Guess what? IT STILL DIDN'T WORK! The Sprint tech guy had to create a ticket and escalate the issue. This morning my phone finally started working. I spent the week without phone service and spent hours and hours on the phone and in the store trying to get help. I called then back to ask about a credit for the time my phone wasn't working and a hold recording said "we see you've called in several times in the post few days. Please be aware that financial services follow the same guidelines,so there will be no need for you to call back." !! Are you kidding me? When I asked about a credit for the time my phone wasn't working I was told the credit came up to $2.88! I've been with Sprint for 16 years, but with every cell company offering to buy out lines to switch, I have a feeling I'll be done with their second-rate "customer service" and coverage."
"They are terrible! ALL the details here... http://traffic.libsyn.com/totalbabble/TB524FINALMP3.mp3

"They have the best customer service. They are very helpful and great "
"They signed my husband up for a warranty plan without permission. After realizing months later they credited acct & kept adding it back on (4 mo of calling to have it removed again & again!), kept adding charges & blaming me because I was in another state from my parents. My dad got upset & paid off 2 iPads, 2 iPhones & made a huge scene in a corporate store (he never gets upset). I finally broke down to pay almost $500 & turn in 2 phones to get rid of contract but when I tried to pay the girl insisted I didn’t owe anything only to find a bill a month later with Sprint threatening to send my parents to collections & having my dad upset at me. Then I got blamed for having my Apple Watch with service that they were being charged only to find out my sister set my moms phone for standalone service. When I went to the corporate store the manager told me that he highly doubted that his employee would tell me that & said he couldn’t help me. I got customer service on the phone for over 2 hrs and finally got them to take off $200 of the charge & added notes for the manager to confirm that his associate told me I didn’t owe anything then they would take the rest off. Manager agreed easily to make that note but never apologized for anything besides that he didn’t have power to do anything but would help since there was a note in the account that they would take the charges off. I referred a close friend to Sprint and she’s had multiple bad interactions & can’t wait till her co tract is up. On the flip side XFinity Mobile has been awesome and much cheaper with Verizon network coverage. I will never recommend Sprint or endorse their company. FYI, Sprint & TMobile are merging."
"It has been an overall terrible experience. On top of having TERRIBLE service, they overcharged me for a bill, made me spend an hour on the phone, tried to not refund me, then when they finally did refund me, sent me a message saying i needed to pay them back the amount theyd refunded!!! Spent ANOTHER hour on the phone with people arguing with me trying to tell me my phone was charged twice for my bill and my $65 bill was $151 before finally telling me i could disregard the message asking me to pay it back. I cant WAIT to switch providers! DO NOT USE SPRINT!!!"
"I was with sprint for 2 years. Started off good and my bill was ok. At the 18month marker my bill jumped up to 400 a month. I did not agree to this, they just started charging me this amount. I gave them 4 months to fix it and they didn’t want to help with the bill at all. I finally left and went to a different carrier. So then the send me a 4400 dollar bill , and threaten to take it out of my bank accounts and credit cards I had used to pay my bill with. Steer clear of sprint. This is the worst company I have ever used. There customer service is horrible as well. Takes a hour and a half to talk to someone that still can’t help with any issues. Beware!!! Steer clear!!!! They are scam artist!!!"
"My boyfriend had ATT and I had T-Mobile we decided to combine plans and go with Sprint. It’s been a nightmare since. The guy told us our exact bill would be 197.00 and he took our card info and said he set us up for auto payments. Here it is 6 months later and we have had to call every month spending an hour plus on the phone because our bill has been 230, 215, 217, 267 a month. It has never been correct and they promise credits and it never happens. On top of this our service is horrible. "
"My husband passed in November. During the stressful time of my husbands illness we experienced more dropped calls then ones that went through. When calling his dad half the time I would get a recording= you have reached a number that is no longer in service. REALLY! Called Sprint in December to change account to my name. They call back ask questions say everything done. Tried to move to Verizon in March and nope, no way, not going to happen. The customer rep refused to give me my account number froze my husbands phone and told me we where leasing the phones. This after we satisfied a two year contract. So my phones are being held for 234.09 ransom each. I will never recommend Sprint to anyone and will post on any sight possible to give a bad review."
"I had spint in 98 and here we are 21 years later they are as lousy now as they were then and will take you for every dollar you can better keep your eye on that bill trust me they will nickle and dime you in to bankruptcy "
