Sprint should be obliterated for poor customer service and theft . . .

"I was a Sprint customer for many years and they screwed me the entire time! My service often didn't work in many parts of North Carolina, they cancelled my son's line when he went to college in eastern North Carolina and it gets worse! Many months ago, I switched back to Verizon Wireless and have had no problems. I get what I pay for from Verizon. But Sprint decided to screw me over even more today! They actually drafted my bank account for $1100.00 and said they had the right to do it! That's right . . . $1100 - just wiped out of my account because even though I returned their devices, they charged me for months after I switched the number to Verizon and cancelled my Sprint account. If you leave them, change your bank card numbers you have paid their bills with or they will do the same thing to you! I have two words for you - caveat emptor!!! (Let the buyer beware!!!!!) "

I wouldn't use sprint if they were the only wireless network on earth

"I cancelled my service with sprint and paid off the remaining balance. I was told by the CSR that I would not receive another bill from sprint. I did not receive another bill but 6 months later received a notice from a collections agency that I owe Sprint $190. After speaking to multiple representatives, who gave me different reasons for the charges, I was hung up on, transferred to the collection agency for an explanation of the charges and promised a call back within 24 hours from "upper management " after I requested corporate's phone number. One of the supervisors explained to me that when I paid off the account it reactivated my daughter's phone which was not on my plan but was a $40 month to month without a contract. It kept accruing until the past due charges reached the maximum limit. She acknowledged that the phone showed no record of being used after I terminated service but there was nothing they could do about it. Basically, Sprint made an error, charged me for it and then refused to drop the charges. Calling customer service is a waste of time. They are the most incompetent customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. I spoke to Jenny in billing, Jurrise and supervisors Patricia and Charlie. Charlie actually hung up on my husband after he told her he was recording the call also."

WORST CELL COMPANY IN HISTORY

"I just switched my business from Verizon to sprint. Biggest mistake I have EVER Made. From Day one I had problems.. First.. When I am on a call with a client and try and get on the net to send email while talking ( you now 2018 technology) It will not let me. it takes me offline so I cant talk and surf at the same time.. THEN when I am making a call and try and conference another caller in it hangs up one of the calls, so cant do conference calling. .AND my music is always Buffering!! when I call sprint support they tell me its the phone. REALLY because I never had this problem with my PHONE with Verizon.. NO its Sprint SUCKY Phone service.. Its a HORRIBLE service for business.. I switched because they gave me a great deal.. Well you know what they say you get what you pay for.. so I am going back to VERIZON!! "

WORST Customer Service-Don't go with Sprint

"If I could give no star that would be a better reflection of Sprint. I've had them about 7 years now if not longer and recently was in a situation that left me as thew primary on the account responsible for another person's phone on my plan. Basically, I have a restraining order against the person on my account now and needed that person off my account and needed Sprint to bill him separately as he had the phone in his possession. I've been going back and forth for 2 months with Sprint and literally only get robotic responses every time, I've been on the phone with them over 2 hours, chatted, mailed a letter begging for help and these people told me to get ahold of that person...I'm not sure what they don't understand about a RESTRAINING ORDER, but there's a reason I was granted one. I'm seriously so disgusted with them, all they did was put that additional line on some seasonal standby and my bill is still $175-180 a month!!!!!!!!!! Worst company, no compassion, terrible all around."

"Took phone in because you cant hear callers unless bluetooth. Tried to fix but couldnt. Big hassle as you have to drive 30 miles to get fixed if possible. I have a business. This is unacceptable. Do not use Sprint. They dont care about customers."

"My experience with sprint company very bad. Think 10 times before take service from this company. They rip you off. Customer service is cannot solve your problem. I am so happy that I am not any more in this company. It was like nightmare for me."

Hidden fees on the regular

"I’ve had the worst time with Sprint. Yea the switch to us and save money deal sounded wonderful. However it’s been nothing but a headache for the duration of our service. I’ve had to call in almost monthly to have fees I didn’t authorize removed such as the Sprint Locator and Insurance for phones. This has happened regularly and getting it corrected takes 30 mins to an hour of my time every time. Who wants to do that? I’m set up for autopay so it isn’t like I don’t pay my bill on time. Maybe they’re hoping those who are on it won’t pay attention to their bills...? Idk. But I do know I’ll be finding a new provider. Not to mention when you call in to get a quote on what your regular monthly bill should be, it will change each time with each representative. I called in last month and a representative named Donna told me our new bill with taxes would be $194.63. I called in today and a representative named Brian told me our bill would be $212.32. He then forwarded my call to another gentleman who tries to save customers when they are leaving and he informed me our bill would be $229.72. Get your s*** together Sprint. No one is on the same page or has up to date accurate information. Even to get the payoffs we would owe on our phones today was two different amounts. Brian says $820.06 and the other gentleman says $758.02. Really? How do you expect to keep your customers with service like that. "

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...

"Stay away from Sprint. Worst customer service. Want to change my carrier and requested for my phone unlock so I can use it with a different carrier. My phone is paid off and all the bills are clear. After multiples calls to customer service and numerous tickets open to unlock the phone, after 2 months, my phone still locked and the customer service people have no answer to it. I urge everybody not to sign up with Sprint EVER.."

Worst cell phone service ever!!!

"We made the worst mistake switching to Sprint! If you are looking for a new cell phone service provider, DON'T switch to Sprint! Since the day we got service with Sprint it has been terrible. Dropped calls, calls won't go through, broken up calls, no internet connection. It doesn't seem to matter where we are, it's just bad service everywhere! We were told by a Sprint employee that we just need to do an update on our phones and it would fix the bad service, well guess what? It didn't do a darn thing! We are stuck in a 2 year contract, and seriously considering canceling service. "

They stole $200 from me

"When I signed a new contract with Sprint, they offered to give me $350 for may old iPhone. Had I know it was a scam, I would’ve sold it on eBay for about the same amount & would’ve received the $ right away.

Instead of giving you the $350 right away, they spread it up as a monthly credit during the duration of the lease - in my case $19/month. What they don’t tell you, is that if you decide to pay off your phone before the end of the lease, you lose the rest of the credit. I paid off my phone because I have no service in my house, in the middle of a highly populated area where everyone else has full service... And I lost $200 of the credit I had left

One of their extremely rude and patronizing customer service member pretended she's always read all the fine prints of all the contacts she’s always signed.


Anyways, this company is extremely unethical in the way they hide crucial information in small character. They STOLE the remainder of my credit, as I said, if I had known I would’ve sold my unlocked phone instead.

Fraud and Cheater, Never go to Sprint

"Wrong billing from the first billing cycle. I fixed them many times. Poor data speed even it shows LTE. I paid remaining the due amount till that date to came out of contract and switched to Verizon. I got a bill of $116 after a month. When I denied to pay bill they deducted from my credit card without my consent/authorization."

Worst company ever! Stay away!!!!

"Sprint you are the absolute worst company in the world to ever deal with. Your customer service is extreamly poor. We had an issue with our plan that's been going on for 4 days now. We've talked to over 12 different people and received 12 different answers, we've been hung up on by a manager, spoken too rudely when I was told I would get a call back at a certain time and when I called to question it the rep rudely told me they dont have time to call everyone back like they tell people because they work in a call center. We were trying to convert our personal plan into a business plan since we are a growing company. The hassle and the run around we've had to go through is horrible. We are a long time customer of 15 years and the issue we have is a simple and easy fix, yet no one will do it.
I will never ever come back to sprint or recommend you to anyone. I have other business friends who I will make sure never sign up with your lousy service and poor customer service.
Your company should be ashamed of the way it treats it's long time customer.

Bad customer service

"I have been with sprint since 2011. Recently our coverage was not good so we decided to switch to att. Called sprint and asked if we were still under contract. We we told no. Our contact ended in March. We we told we owed a total of 3 payments left on our I phones which equals to around 90 dollars and would not be charged for anything else. So we switched to att. While in att called sprint and asked how much we owed. Was told again only around 90 dollars on the phones. Called Monday to pay off the phones have the phones unlocked to be sold and was told that we owed 251. The lady on the phone stated I did not have to pay the 251 until July 15th and that the phones are unlocked. Called today to make sure the phones were unlocked and to pay the 251. Was told that the phones we not unlocked due to un paid balance of 251. Payed the 251 and was told that the phones would now be unlocked. Was placed on hold then was told that there was another balance of over 500 that had to be paid.... WHAT??!?!? Why? How come I was never informed of this. Where did these charges come from?!?! Apparently the 251 is for a future bill.. which I am no longer a sprint customer. And we still owe for a total of 90 for the last 3 payments on the I phones.. plus a buy out payment. So what they are telling us is even though we have paid 30 bucks a month for the last 22-24 months we still don’t own our phones!!! "

"I have been on hold for a total of 32 minutes and am awaiting a conversation with someone who can replace the defective charger that was shipped with my S8+. Last night I was in a 10 minute chat with their team on the same topic, and ultimately was told I could go to a store (30 minute drive) or transfer to another department via phone. They may be less expensive but I don't think you can put a price on time"
