"I first used SCS 07/2007. The cameras are all working and being used. Later that same year I tried another company, but returned the equipment and ordered again from SCS. In 2008 I purchased my last piece of equipment or so I thought. This last order was 02/09/2011. I like that I can talk to a real person who listens. Just tell them what I'm trying to do and they can direct me to the right equipment. In 2007 and in 2011 I received the best advice, excellent equipment and my needs were met. When law enforcement, a judge and the defense attorney tell you the pictures/video were superb and by the way where did you purchase the equipment? I know not only do the people at SCS know what they are talking about they also sell the best of the best. My orders arrive well packaged and very speedy. Never a hassle. My age group, 65-75, does not have the time. The ladies and I have as great a picture on the 2007 camera as the 2011 camera. We also have a safe and secure senior center. "

"I have just received the camera and used it a few days ago, but I have not yet reviewed the video to determine how the camera is functioning. However I did receive good service when I called in with a question about changing the order the day I placed the order.

However, I do want to mention something very important. The instructions in the instruction booklet provided with the camera are not good nor sufficient enough to know how to operate and charge the camera properly. I can tell that the instruction booklet is translated, so the English is poor and the instructions lacking.

For example, there are two lights on the plug when recharging (red and green). The lights change in various ways as the camera appears to be charging but the instructions do not explain what the lights mean. When I used the camera for the first time this weekend, I had no way of knowing when it was fully charged. I had to guess. This is just one example, and I am left with questions still about the cameras operations. I will have to call into customer service to get these answers.

The instruction booklet needs to be improved. It needs to be written in good English (not poorly translated English) and with more detail.

"I was interested in purchasing a home security camera and had contacted several security systems businesses. I knew little about security cameras and was somewhat intimidated about using one as I am not gadget inclined.

Upon calling SCS Enterprises all my fears were alleviated. I had a great salesman, Josh, who after knowing my specific need recommended a product. He assured me that before shipping, he would personally set up the camera for me. When it arrived I had a few questions about how to view it on my computer. Josh walked me through step by step and was extremely patient and courteous. It turned out to be quite simple just as he said.

Several months later I called with an issue and again received courteous, exceptional service from Joel. It was not a product issue; it was something I did in error and again service was excellent. I am very appreciative.

I am definitely happy with the product. However, customer service is invaluable and SCS gives outstanding customer service. Based on my favorable experience I highly recommend SCS Enterprise. A product is only as good as its customer service, therefore I rate SCS as excellent.

" I was looking for a camera pen on line and found a bunch of different ones with varying levels of quality. Given that prices also varied a lot I was hesitant to make a purchase, worried that I might be paying a higher price for a defective product. The website addressed this very issue on their page and explained why there was such a quality/price difference across the web. They also seem to have decent quality control because they don't sell the pens with a wall charger, which from reviews across the web were made by a third party and malfunctioned often. I got my pen in the mail 2(business)days after I ordered it, and it is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It works perfectly, and apparently was tested before it was sent out (as there was a short video of a desktop on the camera). 5 stars. If I ever want this sort of stuff in the future, this is where I plan on buying it. "

"I have purchased 3 cameras so far, My mother is 91 years old and lives by herself about 1200 miles from me. I called SCS and they explained that I could set up a wireless wifi system in her house (so I didn't have to run any wires) They are great with shipping, making sure the camera was there at my mothers house the day they said it would. Then all I did was call them to set up the system, and they did all the computer settings for me from a great program that is included free with the camera. When I had to replace my mothers modem I called SCS back and they reset all the modems settings for me, with no charge and a great attitude. I could not be any happier with the company or their Tech support.
The cameras work great and do what is promised.

"I originally purchased this same product at brickhouse security site.After checking further,not only did SCS Specialists have a newer version with more options,but it was still the same price, and furthermore the overnight shipping was even 20$ cheaper. I received my pen camera, both quickly, and in great working order. The product was as described, and works flawlessly so far. I have not only already considered another purchase from them, spy watch, etc, but am quite confident in their company with regard to getting me the product quickly,and as described. SCS not only has a nice selection of products, but they are thus far the the best ive seen with regard to detailed descriptions of such products. Being a formerly active U.S. Marine, i have a low tolerance for lack of customer service, or lack of doing what u say, or delivering what u say i should receive. SCS has no issues with those elements of business. SCS appears to be truly concerned with good business practices, and repeat customers....and they have earned another one. "
