2 The turn around time is too long. From the 12/12 to 12/17 with delivery on 12/21 negates the purpose of these stamps."

"Using USPS tracking is the most pathetic and useless program I have ever seen. I find no value in providing a tracking number when 3 days AFTER the item is shipped there is STILL no information on it's location. "It rather looks like I was "snookered" on this purchase from Stamps.com. I thought that I was simply purchasing a scale (and paid for it with a credit card), but it now looks like I will have reoccurring charges of which I was unaware. The scale was delivered on time and as stated, but the "strings" attached apparently make this a very bad purchase; only time will tell."

"I was very disappointed in this order. It was for a "free" welcome gift for signing up for the USPS online package shipping program. I was not notified until a day after I agreed to the order that there is a $9.99 shipping charge. I tried to cancel but because the notification came on Sunday, there was no one at the 888 tel number. By the time I could reach someone, it was too late. There need to be more information about the actual cost of the "gift" so people can make an informed decision."
"This year my funds are low; I'm out of work and my grown daughter is too. There isn't much I can give her that will make her smile and that she will actually use. But these stamps were a godsend. Easy to order and I know she will love them because I used a photo of her 'fur-kid' Lola the Cat.

"P.O.'d w/ this service. i cancelled the service in July 2010 w/ a rep. named Travis. I do not use the service in the summer. Instead of cancellation going thru, on his end he decided my account needed to stay active.I did not know this, no email to tell me account was active. My credit card was charged on 10/16/2010. I called billing on 10/18/2010,I was told by a man named Jackson that billing charges are for previous months of service. I stated this was BS,I am being charged for a service I cancelled in July.So I am out the money charged to my account and there is no refunds. Still mad about crap service, I would expect this from the likes of Best Buy.

"shopping at stamps.com was a very surprisingly pleasant experiance for me. at first there was an error in the download and i thought oh great i just got ripped off. but i logged on to their customer service sight and got a response immediately. when the lady realized the answer was more complicated she quickly transferred me to a tech who stayed on the phone with me and took me step by step through my computer until everything was just the way it's supposed be. both the customer service rep and the tech were very polite and very nice and helpful it's great to see that servicing the customer is still a number one priority with some companies. thanks stamps.com"
