"I made payments on-line by having my bank make the payment within days of receiving your bill. There was an error in the account number and when your accounting office realized this, they should have refunded the money back to my bank instantly and not hold it. Because of this I was getting disconnect notices and had to do make telephone calls and go to my bank to find the error and correct it. Now demanding return of the duplicate payments"
