"Stealthmachines was pleasure to work with. I wanted a very specific video card that they did not offer, e-mailed the owner and he had the card added to list the next day. I ordered the computer on 12/30/08 and received it 01/15/09.

After assembling the computer and peripherals I booted it up. It would not boot properly, because it was after hours I left a message for the support team and waited to be contacted the next day (Friday). I was called 20 minutes after the store opened and spoke directly with Josef the owner. It turns out that one of the SATA ports had been damaged in shipping. Josef offered to repair or replace the damage immediately. I did not send the computer back the mother board has more than enough ports for me even with one gone bad.

1 month later the computer is running great and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend stealthmachines to anyone."

"When I ordered from Stealth Machines.com I infact called instead of going about ordering online because it seemed a little overwhelming and I wanted to make sure what I was ordering would be correct. Josef helped me out a lot on what I should purchase and what was not nessecary to be purchased. He was very reliable and the prices were far better than other websites that sold the same types of computers.

I was very satisfied with the end product there was only one minor problem involing the heatsink on the motherboard but after I called Josef we were able to open it up and fix it while he stayed on the line and helped me out 100%. Seemed to be concerned about the product I had just purchased which is obviously a very good characteristic to have.

Overall I was pleased with Stealthmachines.com and would order from them again but hopefully not for awhile since it's a brand new computer.

"My first step after making the decision to purchase a new system is to research all of the compoenents that I want in the system in detail (motherboard, case, cpu, graphics, psu, ram, etc. etc). I've built several systems myself in the past and I'm a 20+ year software engineer so I understand the components and always have a very detailed checklist of what I want in my new system by the time I actually begin engaging potential vendors. When I finally hit the vendor engagement stage I visit high-end (Alienware, Voodoo, FalconNW, etc) and medium-end (ABS, CyberPower, etc) vendors to see what each can provide and get an idea of the price performance curve to try and optimize my dollars spent. I decided to give StealthMachines a try because they were local, but I honestly had not heard much about them so I really had no expectations. Here's what I found. StealthMachines won my business because they really internalized my specific needs after talking with me and put together a better system for the same cost as the medium-end companies. This system is expandable enough to allow me to reach and possibly exceed machines produced by the high-end companies easily and relatively cheaply when my finances allow. As it sits, the Intel CoreDuo 6700 cpu based system with 8800 GTX graphics running 64-bit Vista Ultimate is HOT! But more than that, each component is optimized vs. the offerings of StealthMachine's primary competitors (for the same cost). Here are a couple examples of what I'm talking about - Motherboard (StealthMachines - ASUS Stryker Extreme vs. offerings from other vendors) and RAM (StealthMachines - Corsair Dominator vs. standard Corsair or other "mainstream" RAM from other vendors). This is where StealthMachines wins the battle in my mind and I'm extremely happy with *beast* they put together for me. Thanks StealthMachines. I'll be back next time I need a new system!"
