"I placed an order with Stevens Creek Toyota, for shipping to my house. The order contained liquid coolant. No part of the ordering process suggested any issues with that being included in the order.
The next day, I receive an email stating that they can't ship fluids. That's stupid of course, since I've personally shipped fluids (legally) hundreds of times, but nevermind that - I email them back and ask if I can simply pick the order up. Crickets. After 24 hours, I logged in online to notice that their email to me wasn't purely informational - they had canceled the order. No responses were given to my replies (despite sending them to the contact email listed on the order), no notice given, but they'd canceled the order and just let me hang for 24 hours.
Quite annoying. I placed the same order again clicking the "pick up" button, and I'm still waiting for fulfillment, when I could already be doing my work if they'd just responded or re-categorized my order as "for pick up" the first time."
