"It was easy to find parts. Search is quite powerful tool. Last step of purchase is sneaky, Toyota want your agreement that give your personal information and they will *use* it meaning *sale* it to all world! Without this agreement you can not complete the purchase!! Very BAD policy Toyota dealer!! Customer service is okay but I got surprise after reaching at appointment time. I thought oil change will take at most an hour. They took 4 hours. I had to get Uber go home and come back to pick up. Very incontinent. Why they tell upfront- this will take whole day. So can manage friend to give ride. "
