"Ordered a driver side power window motor and a power window regulator. They shipped a passenger side motor and driver side regulator. My service advisor at the dealer had a funeral to deal with and was not able to get to the vehicle until more than 15 days had passed. When he gets the vehicle in he finds out wrong part was sent which will not fit. Emailed Stevinson got no response, called and was told that they cannot do anything because more than 15 days has passed, and its an electrical part. So I am out over $400.00 for a part that has no use to me."
