"The service personnel were great.
The website experience is very confusing. I was under the impression I had purchased 2 rear springs. The invoices mentions, left, right, rear; left, right, rear, so I thought it safe to assume this meant both a left and a right spring; however, this was not the case.
I spent several hours going back and forth in your site trying to find something that would indicate the actual quantity of ‘springs’ but this was unavailable.
I am very disappointed in the web and purchase experience. It was very confusing, and does not match the high quality of the products purchased.
I am considering returning the OEM part and purchasing from eBay, or purchasing 3rd party parts from my local store.
Also, the smiling icon next to these words As I am typing saying “great story!” Doesn’t exactly match. This isn’t a good story at all. "

"I saw that Stevinson Toyota had the brakes I needed on line. I was driving by the dealership so I stoped in to purchase the brakes. The brakes, when in person, were $13 more than online. When I asked about the price difference he said there was nothing that they could do. I left without purchasing the brakes. I purchased the brakes online. The brakes are being shipped from Stevinson for free and I paid lower taxes. The best for the environment and the best for Stevinson would have to honored the online price when I was in the store. I hope in the future Stevinson would change their policy, as it will make them more profit, will not have to ship the parts to me for free, will not have to waste additional fuel to deliver the parts, and our local city would benefit by getting more taxes."
