"I ordered a set of 12 temporary tattoos, and I was EXTREMELY dissapointed. The tattoos I received were incredibly cheap looking and feeling, and peeled off within less than 10 minutes of having them on. I wouldn't suggest this website to ANYONE. Go get your custom tattoos printed elsewhere. Huge disappointment and complete waste of money. "
"I did one order with them as a proof - 1 sheet of 10 stickers - then ordered 250 more when the "proof" order came back looking good. I was in contact with customer service the entire time and let them know what I was doing - checking their print quality and the integrity of the vinyl they printed on. The order of 250 was a constant back and forth of problems. They eventually just recreated the image from scratch - using the wrong font. If you have something super-easy, that you're not specific about the quality of, or if you're lucky enough for it to get into the right person's hands there, they're probably okay, but I won't take the chance with them again. Oh, and if you're in the US, you get a 1% upcharge from your visa, as stickeryou is in Canada. I'm working on getting the refund, but they're not making that easy, either. I know it's a bit of a problem since my card has been compromised by fraudulent activity and has been deactivated, but I'm trying to suggest methods that we can work around that, only to be told to wait and see if it goes through (which it can't as that card # no longer exists). "
"I recently ordered a very simple iron on sticker for my child's field day. It wasn't a big job, just 5 sheets with 6 stickers on it. No design input. I could have gone to Staples or Office max, but I like to order on line as its what you do after a long day at work! What a mistake. After trying to gauge me with an express order delivery fee, which they had to refund because they were 5 days late with it, the item had no instructions included. Just an ill included marketing piece for my next order. I'm a Director of Marketing for a Hotel group with 130 properties in the US. We've rebranded a whole hotel in less time than its taken these Amateurs to turn around 5 pages of printing. Their excuse was (1) unpredictable mail delivery from Canada and (2) a lot or orders. You can remedy this and not order again. Just in case they bother to read their reviews."
"I placed an order on March 23rd and was told they would arrive April 8th. I called last week and was told they would be shipping by the end of the week. It is now Tuesday (April 19th)of the following week and they still have not shipped. Talked to sticker you again today and was not given a clear timeline when these would ship. We had ordered temporary tattoos for a hockey tournament. Sticker you has now disappointed a team of 6 year olds as we will not have these in time. Do not order from this company unless you are ordering months in advance. From reading other reviews it appears that meeting delivery obligations is a huge issue for them."
"I ordered 1 sheet of stickers on the 11/01/16 which I needed by feb 23th. Chose international shipping taking 15-20 days.. They certainly didn't arrive by expected date. They didn't arrive by the needed date. And by the 8th March still no sight (2months later!).
It was also the 8th of March I was told I was to receive a refund. By the 23rd of March there was still no refund; this also happened to be the day I was (secondly) offered a refund. Low and behold the stickers arrived 24/03/16 (73 days later...) but guess what... Currently 30/03/16 and STILL NO REFUND... Or any communication from their part!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!"
"I placed an order for floor clings and chose a shipping option for them to arrive on October 7. I have emailed and called all week, and it's October 9 and these still have not even shipped. I am disappointed. I wish they had just originally said they wouldn't be shipping them out anytime soon. We were promised they would ship out on the 7 and would receive on the 8. We were really excited when we found the site now we are disappointed and may not have these for our tradeshow, which leaves us in a bad spot."
"I ordered sponsor logo stickers for an event gift and had them rush shipped where it said they would expect to be here Monday. It is Thursday afternoon and USPS tracking says it left NY (I am in TX) yesterday morning. Needless to say, they are not here yet and I need them for 9am tomorrow. I chatted online with the agent and they said they could only refund me the shipping. And that they could refund the stickers once I sent them back. My sponsor is going to be upset and I have spent a lot of valuable time on this. They should refund everything and not expect me to return the stickers. THEY missed THEIR deadline - did not even ship until the date it was supposed to arrive!
I didn't know how to respond to StickerYou's response, but they have already refunded my credit card for the full amount and I'm pleased that they decided to look at this issue again. Thanks!"

"I love my stickers, I am a filmmaker and often work with other people. Stickers with my logo on my gear makes it super easy at the end of a shoot to identify which items belong to me. I am leaving a 4 star review because shipping was via USPS, I would have preferred a faster method being made available. It may have been and I missed it, if that is the case then 5 stars all the way."
"Do not use this company, they take orders, tell you it has been processed and shipped and then after emails, phone calls and no response they tell you they won't be able to make the deadline. WE ARE NOW without a gift for our tournament. "
