"Its been a full 7 days since I requested a custom order. It took 3 business days before I got my first response, but 7 days later, I still don't have a plan or know if they are able to do what I am asking. You cant call and speak with anyone, and the on-line chart- although useful, isn't helpful for a custom order. The forms online you submit- are limited to 250 words- when trying to write up what you want, this is extremely limited.
for the past 24 hours, I have been emailing back and forth with a sales person, but they are as happy to have me move on as to have my business. They too give short responses, and it takes 5 or 6 emails to get an answer.
It is such a slow and difficult process - one where all I want is a simple sticker with a hole cut our of the middle - it shouldn't require all this.

"I order from them a lot and I know that the stickers are going to take a very long time to ship a minimum of 10 days. The prices are good for a small business owners budget. They could expand the color choices. They create the shipping label in the system at least 3 days prior to actually shipping it out. My orders usually arrive after the est. date so I plan accordingly. Frustrating compared to Avery they ship really fast but more expensive. Place order at least 21-30 days before you need the stickers.. more if you have the time. "
"I went with them because of the price, but I should have known that you get what you pay for. We normally use Sticker Mule and they are very good quality stickers/decals. We ordered a large number from StickerYou, but we should have only ordred a few to test the quality out. Our mistake. We got our 500 decals and they are thinner than thin and feel extremely cheap compared to the quality of our orders from Sticker Mule.
I messaged StickerYou's "customer service" people telling them we were extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the decals we got and we got one response asking for pictures of the problem. I explained it's a tactile issue and not something that can be accurately portrayed in a picture. I never got a response back... even after I emailed them again three more times. We were completely ignored.

"They said that my package was gonna be delivered yesterday and it did but ended up getting sent back because I didn't "claim it" they did not even send me a tracking number cause they're too damn cheap to send me a tracking number. I'm doing business some where else. I promised all my consumers that I was gonna start my slime shop this week but I guess it ain't happening cause of these damn people. They didnt even email me saying my stickers have been delivered. Very unprofessional... going some where else to do business. I been waiting for so long. Don't use these people.."
"Ordered one sheet of very basic stickers that I was told to be shipped on a certain date - did not ship on that date but rather 4 days late after reviewing information via USPS. Customer support rather unhelpful, rude and failed to acknowledge the issue. This seems to be a big problem with StickerYou as there are many other reviews stating similar - putting the blame on USPS when the issue is on their end and within their reach of resolution. Wish I had read before doing business with StickerYou - don't bother with this company."
"They delivered a wrong work with terrible print quality. No answer at their phone and no response to emails. They also publish on the site the BBB icon as if they are members but BBB claim they are not members.... this is a criminal fraud..... NEVER NEVR DO ANYTHING WITH THEM.

I have placed at least 5 more orders for helmet stickers for my hockey teams.
Only once was there any kind of issue with the stickers, and the issue was corrected quickly.
I will definitely be ordering stickers again and I always recommend Stickeryou to EVERYONE that asks about our stickers. "
"I paid over $90 total for expedited shipping on 2 separate orders with this company, over 300 labels purchased. Did not receive either order on time. One of the orders hasn't even had shipping information updated. I placed the order on 1/27, it is not 2/5. Quality of labels is poor. Customer service is horrible and does not care about your individual problem, they just feed you automated responses and you can only contact them via e-mail where you have to wait up to one business day for a response. Never again. "
"I ordered stickers using a png file. I have printed business cards locally using this image with beautiful results so I know what is on this file. The colors on the Stickeryou product do not match at all. They do not even come close. In addition, they have no live customer service. They are "working on it". I am demanding a refund and hope I do not have to get my bank involved to reverse payment however the proof is in the picture. There will be no problem. What a waste of good paper, packaging and shipping efforts to get this ridiculous product to me."
"I ordered a couple of temporary tattoo sheets from Stickeryou.com veryyy last minute for an event (the following weekend). I took what I thought was a chance, and paid for expedited shipping, expecting them to arrive sometime between the day before the event and the day after (based on a shipping estimations link I was given by one of their customer service reps.). Then, after I checked out, I realized the estimate they gave me with my actual order was much quicker (expected to arrive 5 days before the event), which immediately gave me such relief. Turns out it came TWO DAYS LATER. I placed my order after business hours on a Wednesday and they arrived early on Friday! It was amazing! ALSO they worked really well! When applied correctly, they look really nice and in certain lighting, look almost real. They also emailed me personally on the day of my event asking if I had received my order yet, following through with the note I left in my order begging them to process it quickly... Super nice ya im happy :)"
"So last week, I placed some items on my cart, worth $62.00. I got busy and didn't get to complete my purchase. So today, I received an email with a coupon code for free shipping! So I went back on my shopping cart and discovered my items were no longer there. Fine. So I start over and placed the same items I wanted to order in the cart. Lo and behold, they jacked up the price to $81.00 That's $19 price difference and they have the nerve to say that the shipping is free, when in fact you are still paying for it. This company is such a scam. Shame on you!"
