It was already in the system so she suggested that I cancel it and then place a new order with both items on it. I did that and was charged twice for freight anyway. "

"I paid extra to have items delivered by Thursday, December 8. FedEx stated they would not deliver box unless someone was there to receive it since we are a museum and classified as a business. However, they recorded that delivery was attempted that night about 6:00 pm. We close at 4:00. Tracking stated that another attempt would be made next business day. I called customer service and was told the same thing. I stayed after work on Friday, December 9 until 6:30 and was on the phone trying to talk to a real person before I was informed that "next business day" meant next Monday. I requested the package be delivered Saturday, December 10 before noon. I and other people were at the museum before 9:00 am that Saturday. At noon I went to tracking to see the progress only to see a message stating attempted delivery at 9:10am. NO there was not an attempted delivery at that time, people were here. Anyway, the package was laying on the porch Tuesday morning (December 13). Days after I needed it. I am very annoyed with FedEx."
