"I placed my order (Order #: 9234029) on 2/5. It arrived on 2/10. This order is for a renovation I have going on here. I received the wrong brackets. I ordered 60 of the 40411. I received 60 of the 40410. I called Store Supply & was told a replacement order would go out on Monday. A new order arrives on Wednesday 2/16. I receive 10 correct pieces & 50 pieces of the wrong 40410. I contact Store Supply yet again & I’m told they will make sure that the replacement order is triple checked & the right ones will go out. Unfortunately, only 24 could go out at my local warehouse & 26 went out from Georgia. They sent both out overnight ship. The one from my local warehouse was delayed by Fedex for some reason, but the ones that came from Georgia on 2/17… Guess what??? 26 pieces of the wrong 40410 again.
I contact Store Supply AGAIN & I’m told that they will have the order triple checked. I’m sure I’ve heard that before. I finally speak with a manager who told me he will have a supervisor personally ship 50 of the correct pieces of the 40411 to me via overnight mail & it will be here on 2/18. I then receive a call later on from Dana. A Manager in St Louis who told me that they cannot ship my items out today due to weather & can have them to my by Saturday. The problem is that Fedex doesn’t deliver here to my business on the weekends. So now I’m going to have to wait until Monday the 21st on something I should have had on 2/10. Meanwhile my store is sitting here with no way to hang the shelves to finish the renovation.
How does something like this happen where I get the same wrong items 3 times in a single order???
