They did allow me to send the photo with the first 12 digits and security code covered, but it was just strange! I have booked flights with them before and it has never happened. Seems like a scam personally. "

Clearly unable to send my any confirmation of my booking. Airline says there is no booking and literally no way of easily contacting them to find out what is going on. This service is practically a scam. Spend your money somewhere else. StudentUniverse is a subsidiary of Flight Centre. Dont use them. dont use them or any of their other shoddy scammy zero service booking systems like AuntBetty unless you want to get your fingers badly burnt every time. "
