"No matter which airline I choose, the ticket price is always lower on StudentUniverse than the official websites. Also the price doesn’t increase on a demand basis due to repeated searching of the same flights which I very much like, since the plans of international students aren't certain and they would have to look at the same flight options more than once just to be sure and book accordingly.
This is possible due to lowering the ticket prices themselves but bumping up the seat prices, which is an acceptable deal from a student’s perspective since the seat choice isn’t a priority for us.
The customer service is really solid as well, with immediate responses to queries and requests within 24 hours.

"Experience booking with StudentUniverse was fine however after booking I realised I paid with the wrong credit card. When I followed up to ask to change the credit card used I was told my only option was to cancel the ticket (and incur the cancellation fee) and then rebook with the new credit card. I don’t imagine I would have received the same response with other booking agents."
