"I booked a flight through these guys - easy enough. They said it was $145 all up (not much of a discount than if i went to the airline, only about $10 less), but i thought ahh well, seeing i'm here, i'll book it - WRONG MOVE. The next day my credit card is charged $221 WTF! Contacted them (no phone only email) asking for my $$ back, and why i was charged extra. Apparently there were 'extra fees' and a currency conversion.... NOTHING was said up front & i never got the refund. They referred me to a very obscure page in their FAQ's & in the 3rd paragraph of fine print.... there was details about how they could 'legally' screw me.... nice. "
