"We booked a leg of our trip via StudentUniverse.com.au from SkyScanner.
The booking process was easy and seamless. Prices were fair.
After paying and receiving a confirmation, they came back with hidden costs totalling $187.
Their support teams have not been clear with what these costs are for, they did not answer any questions we asked in our emails.
When I called support they were not trained to go through the process and had to defer to their managers constantly putting me on hold.
This customer experience gives me no confidence in this company.
No itinerary has been sent to me since the purchase.
My wife and I are very afraid this is a fraudulent website/scam and we wont have any flights to get home.
There is no way of confirming whether the flights are in fact booked, or if they've just stolen our money. I will always book directly via the airline going forward.

"The ticket I got had wrong information about cancellation policy. I had a hard time getting a refund. It took numerous phone calls to Student Universe and to the airline to cancel my ticket with a refund. Very frustrating experience, will not buy thru them again "
