"I've been skeptical about his site for a little while since no one I know has heard from it. Anyhow, long story short I found a insanely cheap ticket and thought I would risk it and give StundenUniverse a try whether I loose my money or not. I booked it, payed and recieved my confirmation code and reservation #. I went to the actual Airline I booked throught StudentUniverse and plugged in my reservation code and it accepted it immediately. I had status with that airline inwhich it immediately accepted and I selected my seat and I"M OUTTA HERE!!!!! "

"I attempted to purchase flights and the webpage timed out, so I never saw a confirmation screen. I then tried again, with success. This company notified me that I had booked two seats in my name on the same flight ONLY after the 24hr window in which I could have cancelled for free had closed. They refused to refund my flight or acknowledge the double booking error. I have been charged twice and received no apology. The customer service team were rude and unsympathetic, only offering me a credit (no refund) after I went through a long and painful process dealing with this mistake that was completely on them. I will never book with them again and warn everyone against it."
